It's now 1 year I have my system installed by SolarSmart Energy and I have to say I am very satisfied with the result. I wanted to wait before writing my review because you want to have a bit of room to check how things go and thoroughly think through your review. Morgan came to my house to discuss options and immediately she showed what drives her company: a commitment to customer satisfaction. We discussed options and she was willing to listen to all my requests. The day of the installation unfortunately we discovered the planned system could not be installed due to a miscalculation of the roof space, but immediately SolarSmart remediated with a different proposal which was not too far off from the original, even taking ownership of the small mishap and offering to make amend for it. The installation was clean although we had some small misunderstanding (I am a very picky customer :) ). Morgan and her team fixed everything and left me with a reasonably clean installation and a fully working system which has given me plenty of satisfaction. After some months I noticed a small leak in the roof. Again SolarSmart sent someone that in no time fixed the issue. Really a reliable company! I am not giving 5 stars just because of some hiccups in the installation, but nothing that Morgan and her team neglected or not came to fix. Of course one would like a perfect installation, but bumps on the road can happen even to the best, and what you do not want these days is a company that disappears and walk away the moment they grab your money. That's why I am convinced in saying that SolarSmart is a trustworthy energy partner not just a solar installer. Definitely recommended! I will liaise with them again in the future for any upgrade of my system.

The level of engagement from Megan and her team was excellent. Installation was completed in a very satisfactory manner. And the price was competitive.

Good communications and sharing of information before and after installation, they worked as a team and were clean and efficient. Also followed up after the installation on any queries we had, so good experience all round.

SolarSmart did an absolutely fantastic job installing my PV and battery system. I had specific requirements and called almost all the companies listed on the SEAI website looking for quotes. Quite astonished by the lack of knowledge and professional advice but an abundance of sales techniques biased on just "sell what's in stock". Then I came across SolarSmart and things started to look positive. Morgan really understood my particular requirements, recommended the right hardware and made the whole process a walk in the park. Customer satisfaction is the driving factor of this company. SolarSmart was the only company happy to accommodate all my particular hardware requirements and still offer a competitive price. I was impressed by the willingness to go the extra mile to maximise my roof space. After a site visit it turned out to be even better than expected which resulted in 3 additional panels fitted and extra battery storage to suit my needs. Morgan organised the BER and SEAI grant in no time making the process very easy. One very particular requirement was after sales, after I came across few horror stories where the installers ignore you after money was exchanged. SolarSmart turned out to be the right choice again. A small hardware issue was promptly responded to and resolved, very professional, no drama. SolarSmart have their own install and service teams and it shows. Their sales, installs and after sales are brilliant. This company completed multiple installs for acquaintances and in my neighbourhood, all resulting in positive feedback and happy customers. Overall, highly recommended!

In simple words; Very Professional Company who do a Great Job. I spent ages on the web looking at companies to do an install and who I could trust from the reviews. I made a list of three; Two based on reviews and One on a referral. One gave no answer back, another sent a quote out and didn't follow up. The last, the referral from someone who got this company to do work was SolarSmart. I emailed looking for a quote. I got a call on my mobile that day from Paolo. We talked and I asked for three quotes. I received them by the following day. I was told to email or contact with questions. I did this and he explained everything in simple terms. I put down a small deposit. Within a week the property was surveyed. I was then contacted on an install date. I paid a percentage of the final price approx. 50%, which is normal. The gang arrived on time. I lost count of the number of people, but everyone of them was so nice. Then we had a problem with the roof, so things stopped. Paolo and the management team went to work to resolve the issue. A few weeks later, they had a solution. A date was again fixed. The panels, 16 in total went up in one day. The electric crew came back, the following week. The install was finished and tested. Their work was excellent. Again, great group of guys. Everyone was professional and so tidy. The following week, the BER was organised. Now producing enough in the winter sun to keep the house going. What makes this a great company; people and communications. They talk and communicate with you; they also listen to you. The crews are professional with a good work mentality. They guide you through the whole process and take care of things at each step. Am I glad I got them..Yes I am.
