From my very first conversation with SolarSmart they have impressed me. Every interaction I've had, you can feel they really care about the level of service they provide. From what I understand SolarSmart is a family run business and it really does feel that way, in a very positive way. Georgina has been brilliant, always responds and have always kept their word. The installation team were great and very tidy. The post installation support team have been very responsive with one or two basic queries I've raised. Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending SolarSmart. Well done team.

My solar panels were installed (satisfactorily) by a company that subsequently went out of business, leaving me with no support. After a year, an issue arose with the datalogger that I was unable to resolve. When I contacted SolarSmart, they immediately offered to look after me and solved the problem very quickly. Their communications were excellent, the service engineer arrived on time as agreed and didn't leave until I was back up and running. Very happy to recommend to others in a similar position.

From the initial contact with Angela to the installation by Ronan, Rudi and the rest of the SolarSmart team there was an air of efficiency and good humour prevailing. Everything was explained along the way, so they couldn't have been more helpful.

From Initial consult with Richard I felt he listened and responded to my requirements All paperwork was completed with minimal fuss. A date for installation was agreed to suit me. They promised their installation team would arrive between 8& 9 am. The first van arrived at 8.01 & by 8.06 4 vans had arrived. All from different parts of the country. Daragh & his team were highly efficient & completed installation with minimal fuss & surprisingly little disruption All in all a very good consumer experience

Super informative, very knowledgeable, no issues whatsoever, everything thoroughly thought out and executed, could not recommend highly enough, from the first consultation to the end result, absolutely delighted

I am delighted that I chose Solar Smart. The system is working very efficiently. I had a problem with the App yesterday and Darren dealt with it patiently and successfully from a distance so I can once again monitor the delights of Solar Smart working with the sun.

I'm very impressed and happy with my dealings with this company. They installed a solar panel system for us recently. There was a slight problem with the placement of one of the control units. They came back to us and sorted it out within a week. The sales guy William was great to deal with, the equipment appears to be top quality and working really well. I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

From my very first phone call to meeting Angela on site, every thing was excellent. From start to finish, how the solar panels worked, how many we're suitable, where the best position was, etc. All of my questions were answered no problem. With in an hour or so got an email with my quote. There was no pressure to sign up. Once I paid my deposit I got a link for the grant and filled out the details on line and was approved very quickly. My solar panels were installed a few weeks later and in and out in about 5/6 hours. The workmanship was outstanding. They cleaned as they went and took photos before and after and showed them to me after every stage. The ease of the app was very good and they explained it very well. A week later got my BER rating done and my results were back (B1) within a few days. Overall from the start to the finish absolutely brilliant, jolly, excellent service and great workmanship. Would highly recommend them.

An excellent service from SolarSmart installing panels recently - the team were so efficient and friendly, lovely to deal with. One call back issue dealt with seamlessly, resolved within hours of contacting them - would highly recommend.

We had system installed 2 years ago with SolarSmart. I contacted them at 7.30pm last evening regarding a problem with our Eddi. Within 5 minutes, Darren, replied with suggestions as to what might be the issue. He continued to offer support and advice until the issue was resolved a few hours later. To get such a prompt response to my query was very impressive and to have issue resolved that evening was even more so! 2 years down the line and they were still at the end of the phone, even at night! The best thing i ever bought was Solar panels and it helps a lot with your bill plus any electricity you have over you can sell on to a electric supplier even your own supplier Great for the heating of water the house even in cloudy weather they intake eletricity From the light so all year around plus Government give a grant of over €2000 for anybody considering buying them everyone should as help with climate change also .

My solar system was installed by Solarsmart Richard from start to finish answered every question I had solarsmart are lucky to have Dan and Ian carpenters Ronan Alberto and Marcin electricians what a fantastic crew neat tidy on time efficient and workmanship 100%

Excellent company and they take all the stress away from getting solar panels installed. I would like to thank the team for an excellent job of installing 20 panels and 2 batteries. CEO came with sales guy she was very easy to talk to ask questions gave examples came out to garden used a drone and explained what we needed for our usage. If she did not have the answer she got it for us gave us as much time as we needed to understand. Then the day of installation the lads came they split into groups and had everything done and working and showed us how to use app before leaving they were very professional had everything with them and left the house exactly as they found it. Yes we are very happy with our solar panels and any communication we send we get reply bac quickly

We are delighted with our new solar panels. Solar Smart worked with us to inform and guide us on a solar panel journey and helped us to maximise the number of panels to installed. Everyone was very helpful and efficient during the whole process. I would highly recommend Solar Smart.

Very professional company. From the start Lara took the time to understand my electric usage pattern, and then gave a couple of options with and without battery and then we had a call to discuss and agree what was best fit. Then the owner did a site visit and with further discussion made a small adjustment to the proposed install. The installation took place ahead of schedule and the installers did a great job and were very professional and took the time at the end to walk me through the installation, setup and maintenance (i.e. cleaning panels). SolarSmart spent the time needed to ensure I was getting the installation that best suited my needs, they were well priced. I would highly recommend this compan.

Service was very friendly and prompt. The crew completed the job very swiftly and cleared up neatly. The system has worked reasonably well despite the mostly poor weather since installation. We are disappointed that the finished appearance on our roof is rather untidy and has the ends of the fixing frames showing.

Excellent pre-sales support to ensure solar system design and installation met my needs. Steve and the team went the extra mile. A welcome change from some other suppliers selling ‘vanilla’ / generic solutions. Very neat and professional installation by the team on the day and great after sales support to date. Thoroughly recommend these guys!!

SolarSmart are excellent communicators, and do careful installations with great attention to detail. This is second property they have put in PV system for us, and on both occasions, with different challenges, they have done a great job. We would recommend them very highly.
