I got ten solar pv panels installed on 26th August. William Godsill who I dealt with from the start was so easy to deal with and has vast knowledge in this area. Any questions I had he answered promptly. On the day Darragh Twomey was the electrician. He was equally good and was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Solar Smart. S O'Keeffe

Very efficient and straightforward from the start. Lara dealt with any questions and provided indepth quotes and explanations...installed in one day by an efficient team who left no mess and explained everything. System operating so well and saving us much more than we thought. Highly recommend Solar Smart.

Install was seemless, Got wired internet rather than wifi to avoid headace if changing internet providers. Break down of quote was one line, i'd have liked more detail. Invoicing needs improving.

Delighted with our solar panels. Installation day is full on - lots of people on roof, in attic, in hot press, at fuseboard, but all very competent and friendly, All done in a day and haven't looked back. Throughout Paulo and Solar Smart were very responsive and answered all questions and addressed concerns. Highly recommend.

SolarSmart walked us through our installation from start to pass the finish. They did exactly what they said they would on the date they said they would. No inconvenient to us in install they talked to us about the grant and ensuring it was all covered and informed us at each stage ( which seemed like no time the grant arrived in our bank account). Steve was so helpful even rang weeks later to ask was everything okay and could we see and understand the app ( which is a bit addictive on sunny days 😂). We would and have recommended SolarSmart to anyone interested in Solarisation

An absolutley superb company to deal with everything went to the plan I was given in advance by Georgina the company representitive her attention to detail was impressive to say the least. The fitting team were absolute gents to deal with and explained everything in fine detail and kept making sure I understood the whole process .I can not speak highly enough of this company .You will not go wrong with.this team .

3.6KWp with 10kWp battery East/West System - 1 day, 4 guys plus 1.5 hours electrical test on the 2nd day - efficient, non-intrusive, extremely polite, extremely clean - all waste taken off site, house vacccumed - up and running.

From start to finish we could not fault the company. Georgina who was our agent for the company was very professional and kept us informed, the crew that fitted the panels on the roof were extremely tidy and the two lads that done the electrics were brilliant in explaining how it worked and setting up the phone and laptop for checking usage. We would certainly have them again if we decide to add extra panels later Stephen& Marion

They opted to visit the site because the quality of the satellite photo was so poor. No other company did. Thus meant that the quotation was accurate and we could proceed with confidence. As we were unsure about putting panels on the front of the house (south facing), they offered us a financial analysis of a few options. We opted for the front of the house as the analysis was so clear. Every commitment was delivered, on time. Richard was very responsive to all our queries throughout the process.

From the day I first met georgina I felt I could trust her and the company. No hard sell just honest assessment and advice. Any issues I had relating to my WiFi were sorted out promptly and efficiently and while I know I will have more issues going forward with changing wifi companies I know this will be no problem or issues with solarsmart.

Excellent from the get go. As novices with Solar we had plenty of questions. Richard was so lovely to deal with and very patiently answered all our questions to make an informed decision. The crew looking after the installation were so professional, polite and hardworking, leaving no trace even after the wet and rainy day on which the installation took place. A date was set and that was it. They arrived early that morning to get started. The administration so far has also been seemless from the grant applications to NC6 to the Ber Assessment all handled by Solarsmart. We are so looking forward to reduced electricity bills and our renewables journey. Well done SolarSmart and we fully recommend you!

I found that my dealings with Solarsmart were always clear, concise and helpful. They dealt with my grant aid expertly and efficiently. They installed their system exactly as they said they would and were clean and efficient in doing so. I found their agent to be a gentleman and always true to his word.

I contacted a number of companies about installing solar panels but SolarSmart were the ones that answered my queries most efficiently and gave excellent advice. They disagreed with my initial thoughts on how many and exactly where on the roof the panels should be. This was because they provided me with the sun alignment data for my roof and they were totally correct. The installation went seamlessly and the result in terms of electricity cost savings is great.

Customer service was great. All questions answered in an easy way to understand without being too technical. Follow up queries were answered efficiently. Installers were professional, efficient & tidy. All rubbish, packaging etc cleared. Installation was done on date advised. Up & running same day. Extremely happy customer

At every stage, SolarSmart were professional and knowledgeable. They covered every aspect of installing a solar system from initial assessment of our needs to the grant applications and actual installation. SolarSmart was with us every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble for them, with instant responses to any query. The installation team were all gentlemen – very professional and friendly, and everything left spotless when they finished. They came and removed the old Inverter and installed the new one, fitted the Battery and set everything up and checked that it was all operating correctly. They came back a couple of days later to check everything and confirm the settings. The sent the necessary forms to the Electric Company. It was done 28 March 2023.

Great company to deal with. From my initial enquiry to the site visit from Morgan, to the very clear paperwork and excellent written proposal they provided, setting out the spec and savings I could expect based on my electricty usage. Very efficient, punctual staff, a great team of installers whose work was very neat and tidy, to the aftersales service processing grant etc; overall a great experience dealing with this company. Our panels are doing the business and we are pleased that we chose Solarsmart. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional service. William was great in terms of advice and was prompt in answering any queries we had at the consultation stage. The installation team were efficient and tidy, and were also quick to answer any questions we had during and after installation.
