SolarSmart staff were very efficient, friendly, reliable and answered all questions promptly. They arrived on time, finished the job in the time they had stated. They did a full clean up afterwards, which was brilliant. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

It was a great experience from start to finish with the lady that did the send us the quote and went through everything with us. Answered all the questions we had in the team of workers came to install the panels they were very exceptional as well

I have had a very positive experience with SolarSmart. William Godsil and his team are very professional. The after sales service is very good. In my experience you have to constantly hound people in trade to get the job done. The opposite applies in the case of SolarSmart.

SolarSmart have somewhat given me back faith in Trades. From the initial phone call to inquire about PV panels to the installation. They were extremely professional not pushing you to buy but good honest opinion. Their prices are also very competitive. After everything was agreed as to what was needed for my home I was given a date and all the trades needed as scheduled arrived as agreed . They were in and out of the house hours later totally finished. The guys who arrived could not have been more helpful. Plus the after service is brilliant. I’m constantly assured if there are any problems there only a phone call away. I definitely would recommend this company.

Great attentive service right from the start, with William Godsil arranging the site inspection and subsequent follow up. On installation day, a full team if roofers and electricians, working seamlessly in parallel for an efficient set up. I have no hesitation in recommending

The interaction from start to finish was the differentiator between SolarSmart and the other companies I looked at for my System. Lara was so very attentive, knowledgeable and patient, offering so much advice, and comparing various options that I was considering. Lara was always available to discuss my queries, and escalated any of the more technical questions that I had. The Team that completed the install were timely, polite, worked great as a team - the roofers did their bit, the electricians split their tasks up - so that all their tasks rolled up together in full completion, as planned at the end of the working day. They cleaned up after themselves, and you wouldn't have known they'd been in completing an install! Would highly recommend - without doubt, the best I dealt with.

From my first dealings with Richard to the completion of the installation the level of service was outstanding. All questions and queries were answered and welcome advice given. The crew arrived early on the scheduled date and went about their business in a very organised manner. The work was carried out efficiently, in a friendly, courteous and most professional manner, and the house was left clean and tidy on completion. As a contractor myself, my standards and expectations are high, Solar Smart did not disappoint, they excelled. I would like to take this opportunity to say a very big thank you to all who were involved, it has been a pleasure to deal with you. Now all I have to do is sit back and see the Kw’s rolling in!

The Solar Smart backroom technical team are great post install of the solar plant. It's a fantastic feature that they can remotely interrogate our setup and remove infrequent faults. Outstanding support from Darren and the team!!!

Excellent service from start to finish. The process was explained thoroughly in a precise and professional manner. I was given options on the best system for me and a pricing guide. The installation was done in a matter of hours and any issues were resolved in a timely manner. I am very happy to recommend this company to anyone considering the installation of a solar system.

Solarsmart are a very efficient company. From initial evaluation, to quotation, to arranging a site visit to an existing installation, to contract and installation it was a smooth process. High level of customer service and competency. The installation of 14 panels and 2 batteries including connection and checks, was completed within 8 hours, clean and tidy work. The installation was in early November so not too many full sunshine days since then but those days had typical gain of 10 to 12 kWh in the short daylight hours within the 8.30 am to 5pm frame. We have had regular calls from Solarsmart to ensure the grant process was completed. Overall an excellent investment and level of service from the Team there.

Very easy to deal with, very knowledgeable on Solar Installation and very solution orientated. Installation started as per the plan and the installer were friendly , professional , did not waste time and were easy to have around the place.

I have been thinking about going solar for some time. There's loads of companies who install PV at the moment and there's more coming to that business as it growing rapidly even in Ireland. So after some reading, checking and googling I got few offers from different companies. Smart Solar beat them all but not only with value for money but with their professionalism. Yes they are very, very competitive money wise but have very good team when comes to initial contact, survey, decision and installation. Guys just know their trade. There was always answer to my questions via email, text or phone. I have decided to get panels, inverter, battery, all necessary equipment and EV charger. Installation took a little longer than expected due to some unforeseen circumstances but when there's a will there's a way. Now when I see sunshine and daylight I am twice as happy as I was. Everything works perfect and I am happy doing my bit towards greener future. Aftersale contact is also very easy and good therefore I can highly recommend Solar Smart for all PV needs as their job and offer is really outstanding.

I can't recommend Richard and the team highly enough. Quality from start to finish. Richard went above and beyond my expectations. Due to living in an architectural conservation area, I needed to apply for a section 5 for permission to install solar panels. Richard helped me by recommending a wonderful draughtsman who in turn made that whole process painless. SolarSmart beat the competition with their quote by a considerable amount of money. On the day of installation everyone turned up on time and got on with their respective tasks. At one point there was a slight hiccup and it looked like I might not be able to have the full number of panels fitted as there were some roof vents in the way, but Ian found a way to work around that and all panels were fitted. All work carried out in and around my home was done to a high standard and all the gang took pride in their work. No mess left behind. I've had the system up and running now for about 2 rainy March weeks and already it's making a big difference. I'm excited about seeing it run at its full potential on a sunny day. If you're on the fence about installing take the leap, you won't regret it.
