Bought SONY SRS-XE300 Portable bluetooth speaker... It's a BANGER... Sound and base r incredible €50 discount.. Couldn't be better..

A lovely lad called Ryan helped me select a new fridge freezer. Polite and well-mannered fella, really helpful

Purchased a faulty screen that I needed for work. Was told a replacement would take 2 weeks, but it took 8. Tried to call to check the status, but you get through to a central support line in the UK which wasn't any use. They wouldn't give me a phone number of the store. When I finally got the call to collect, I stood in line for 40 minutes waiting for the staff member on duty to process a toaster. The manager standing next to him was asleep, standing there and not giving a fig about anything. He eventually woke up some reason skipped past me, to process others in the queue behind me. Would give zero if possible, and will not be coming back.

Had a recent experience here that was very good. Dealt with Robin who was very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Probably the best experience I've had at this store in a long time. In the past I've avoided it due to the constant up-selling by staff. I understand up-selling but in the past it has been to the point of just being frustrating. But I guess that's just part of the job. The recent experience was very good however.

Calling store to return a printer that was faulty. I had contacted their customer service previously and I was advised to call in store. When I called in store they advised I needed to contact Canon directly even though customer service had directed me to the store. Very poor experience - won't be buying from Curry's and I'd advise to anyone else against it.

Good range of items. Most not in stock but available for delivery from the depot.

Walked into the shop on a busy Sunday to buy a TV. None of them had any prices on them except the huge ones for like 4-5 grand, so I left. Bizarre way to run a store

No real support from customer services. Pushing all back on individual. This was on an item under guarantee and purchased less than 6 months ago. This was my last purchase with Currys/PC World

Some great items in Currys with free parking. Staff were great and very knowledgeable have to give this 4 stars after speaking with the staff the wages are very low for the work they do for a big company. Thanks.

My friend and I needed new laptops. We thought a store calling itself PC WORLD would have an abundance of PCs; they had 8 laptops, that's right 8, in the whole, massive store. But there were washing machines as far as the eye could see! I guess Curry's Washing Machine World doesn't have the same impact huh. Needless to say we didn't get what we came for. 👎

Busy store, helpful staff when you find them, waited a long time to get help. Still a nice store.

The store is good with a good selection, stock can be quite low on nearly all items though. Staff, obviously not all, but the majority have been the worst I have ever come across. Came in for an air fryer, checked the site and made sure it was in stock in Mahon. Asked the sales person at the till about it and said there were 5 in stock. What commenced was me basically having to beg him to check the stock room as they weren’t “on the floor so I don’t know where they are”. He eventually did check the stock room and brought it out to me but acted as if I was the worst person in the world for asking him if I could buy a product which they had in stock. Ridiculous to be honest

Found exactly what we were looking for from a great selection of heat pump tumble driers. Good clear information from the staff member who dealt with our purchase. Good comms regarding delivery. Unpacked and installed drier without fuss. Excellent service.

Awful customer service. I was planning to buy a high-end laptop online from them and needed some info. Rang them and encountered the most uninterested and lousiest customer service agent, who hadn't a clue about anything. I mean if this is their attitude when selling a product, I wonder how bad their after sales service is?! Glad I didn't buy from them. Not a big fan of Amazon's but have to give it to them for their quick delivery and a reasonably decent customer service.

Very good stock but staff were not at all helpful.

My most recent experience with Currys is that I ordered 4 items, which never arrived after 5 weeks of waiting. It took 3 requests on my part to get a refund. I received an email about a confirmation of the refund and that it will arrive within 5 business days. 14 days later and that still hasn't happened. I have logged yet another ticket for a status update. I have been dealing with this for the past 2 months and my experience has been terrible. The customer service has been slow to respond. It takes days to complete a conversation, which in reality should take minutes. On the other hand a year ago I went into one of their stores to buy a technology item. They had all the wrong prices, which slowed down the process of selection and once I had selected the item, it took another hour to complete the purchase.

This experience was very disappointing and time-consuming. I would suggest considering replacing the cashiers in the store, as their age may be impacting efficiency. Thank you for addressing this inconvenience.

We came here on our first day in Cork to collect a digital camera we'd ordered online in advance. Speedy and courteous service with the usual (gentle) attempts at upselling to be expected from the staff. All in all, a positive experience.

Avoid if you can. Staff are absolutely useless and pretend they know more than you. Usually easy to find cheaper deals on most things at other places.

I was trying to buy a TV from your website. It says that it can only be collected. I have to put a location but it is said that it is unavailable in my town so I start checking other locations and still nothing. It says that only for collection but then that is unavailable for collection anywhere? Where is the logic? Can you update your website so that customers don't have to call through every store in Ireland to find where it can be picked up? what a disaster
