Very efficient, all payments receipted immediately, all house calls exactly on time

Great customer service from Geoff side. The case was settled quickly and efficiently. Thank You

We have a call with Geoff, he was very helpful and imformative about how to go about a retrofit and remodel of the exisiting house/garage converstion

We went with Energlaze to get Solar Panels and windows installed. They mis-represented the overall cost, turned up on separate days to install the electrics and panels, and then it was on me to discover they hadn't been wired correctly and chase them to come out and resolve. I'm still chasing them to complete their paperwork (6 weeks later) so I can claim the SEAI grant, and their installers chose to lay the panels out differently to their design team. Who was right on the optimal layout...? They have 2 stars instead of one because the panels are now working well. Docked 3 for the smarmy sales person, lack of quality control (would your gran have noticed 4 of the panels weren't generating power!?), slowness to respond, lack of co-ordination between their various teams (arriving on different days, disagreeing with each other on layout, not replying to emails, slowness if they do reply) Strongly advise looking elsewhere - and make sure you have a formal itemized quote with overall totals confirmed before doing anything with them if you still decide to work with them. Will update this review over the coming weeks if anything changes. UPDATE (November - Panels were installed in July): Windows and doors have been installed. They say on the website they'll lay down dust sheets and clean before leaving, that didn't happen. We had to hoover and clean the inside, and they left debri including used mastik (or equiv) containers in the garden We needed certs for our BER rating, turns out their windows are C rated, with one of the doors D rated. One of the windows was damaged during install - they did come out about a week later and replace it. The back door however isn't sealed correctly and letting air in. We're trying to get them to finish / fix it, no update as yet. On the plus side we, as of today, have everything we need to finalize our grant for solar. Docked to 1 star for yet again having to chase them to complete work due to the issue with the door, the low rating on the windows supplied, and the mess they left behind despite promising not to do so. Please check the energy ratings before purchase and make sure you're okay with them, and again triple check and verify pricing. My advice is obviously to go elsewhere if you can. Last update - leaving above as a time for reference I guess: They did repair the back door. However since I also uncovered another issue whilst working through the paperwork for the grant - that the panels installed had a throughput of 3kWh instead of the 3.2kWh that was proposed originally. They tipexxed over the forms presented to me on the day, and never mentioned this until I raised it with them. They're currently "investigating". Advice remains to go elsewhere - please get everything confirmed specifically in writing, including pricing, products and model numbers if you continue with them.

Hassle free installation

No follow up after deposit paid 6 weeks

Very efficient service. Great ongoing communication. Completely hassle free experience

Great service, great communication from all. Need job notice the results immediately

Excellent service and prompt delivery and installation. Very professional to deal with.

In my case I was dealing with Jamie and treated with the utmost respect as a person who didn’t understand solar pv. He not alone answered all my questions but explained the answers in a way I could understand. It was a 10 out 10 experience which was why I gladly gave Energlaze my business.

I got a new front door and the process was seamless and the fitters on the day were excellent. They arrived on time, got the job done quickly and were very neat and tidy.

Unprofessional and Toxic Work Environment My experience working with Energlaze was incredibly disappointing. I spent six months with the company and was paid less than €5,000, despite using my own vehicle and fuel to travel extensively to appointments from day one. The work environment was nothing short of a joke, filled with unprofessionalism and toxic behaviour. When I decided to leave, I handed in my notice a week in advance. Despite being offered a new arrangement, which I briefly considered, the final straw came when my car broke down. Instead of receiving support, I was met with grief for rebooking appointments. On top of that, I was informed that I would lose commissions on jobs that had undergone changes—something that was completely out of my control. The treatment I received was appalling, and it seems that such behaviour is common practice at Energlaze, as I witnessed similar treatment towards other employees, including Steve. To make matters worse, I invoiced €3,282 for jobs that were all approved, only to receive a payment of just €800. Despite confirming that everything was in order, the company decided to shortchange me without any justification. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable. I cannot recommend Energlaze to anyone, whether as an employee or a customer. The toxic work culture and unethical payment practices make it a company to avoid.

***Stay away from Energlaze!***Read before engaging with them*** Our nightmare with Energlaze started on 10 July 2024. James from sales gave us a good quote for replacing windows and wrapping the house. However, this quote (€33,872.60, where the wrong grand was applied) was just the first of other 3, all more expensive, and we managed to come to an agreement for 36.000euros. After closing the deal and sending the deposit, James stopped answering. I wanted to have some clarification about the specification of the project, so I contacted the office. Sharon told me that James would have called me back, until I was told that James was no longer working for Energlaze. Since the project wasn't starting and weeks passed by without any clarification I requested the company to give us an explanation. Jamie from the sales team and Pat were over to discuss details and to apologize for the delay. Pat started lecturing me and my partner about how Palladium lock works and how often people would call him after being lock out from their houses, but still no clarification about the job timeframe was given. Instead, Pat pointed out that the door that we initially chose with James (Rome, Palladium) had a different mechanism and we had to pay an extra 500 euros. Jamie also mentioned that the 2 french doors at the back of our house were not originally included in James quote. Obviously, both doors were included in the original quote. We agreed on paying the extra 500 and Energlaze agreed on not charging us for the 2 french door (included in the quote with James). I requested Pat and Jamie to give us a detailed written quote including all windows and doors. The quote was sent the following week. Weeks passed by and I kept asking the company for updates in vane. On 6 September 2024, Jamie sent us an email stating that the surveyor had outlined that extra work for the wrapping needed to be done for an extra 4,500euros. At this point, my partner and myself in shock replied saying that the work should have been outlined earlier on and they were backing out from the agreement, as they had deliberately lied on the additional work to ask for more money. I had to put the managing director in cc in order to return us the deposit, which was returned the week after. We wasted 2 months with Energlaze so far. I warn you not use them. You can't trust them!

Energlaze have been at the house here for the last two days replacing all of the windows. All measurements taken were precise and accurate and all units arrived on time and correct. The men who came to fit the new window units were very professional, courteous and hard working. The house was left clean and in a good state after day one AND day two. The standard of the work was excellent and the quality of the finish was the highest I have seen. I would highly recommend Energlaze to anyone thinking of window replacement. Five star.

Very poor service, windows have numerous suction marks which cannot be removed. new glass Installed Jan '22 despite repeated requests from within one week of installation no action has been taken by Energlaze. Windows were purchased as a result of advertisement in the Irish Times. I was recently told it was the manufacturers responsibility, whilst obviously my contract and guarantee are with energlaze

Very poor service. I places an order for two windows to be replaced for €800 and paid the deposit the same day. They told me a fitter guy would be out to measure up. 8 days later I heard from nobody and contacted them and was told that my order had been cancelled because the minimum or was €1,800! Not only did the sales Rep never mention this but nobody called me to tell me the order had been cancelled. I was told I would have to wait for a cheque to be posted for my refund even though I paid my debit card. Another 7 days later I am still waiting for my money back. I am fed up and very annoyed. Zero communication. Don't waste your time on them.

Great service, very professional, very clean and tidy. The strength of the installation can be seen and felt opening and closing the windows and the overall finish and trim are fantastic. Thanks very much!!

Excellent company to deal with. The two guys that carried out the installation of the windows and door couldn't have been nicer. Very clean, tidy workmen.

John did an excellent job realigning the door that needed adjustment and did a detailed check of the other 3 to ensure they were in good working order. Excellent service would recommend.

As part of a SEAI home improvement in conjunction with one of their subcontractors Luca Line external insulation they carried out the window and door installation. The finish result is testament to their quality assurance. A very professional company with highly qualified installers that carried out the work to a very high standard. Also their admin staff were very professional, helpful and courteous throughout the whole project. Very satisfied with the end result
