Delighted to deal with EnerGlase. The Sales process, Measuring process and Fitting process were excellent. Came on time as stated and had all the product with them. Very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Very tidy and quick installation. Office was great to deal with and very clear information and prompt delivery of various documents and statements.

From the first contact with the office staff; to the sales rep; to the surveyor; to the fitters; to the high quality final result, we couldn't be happier. The fitters worked long and hard to ensure that they finished within the time frame. They were meticulous in their work and left us with nothing to do but touch up the paint work. From a wonderfully comfortable (corner site) house we would like to thank Energlaze for the amazing work done in replacing all our windows & two doors with new UPVC windows & doors, together with external Insulation -Wrap (all completed in a couple of days more than two weeks). As we are on a corner site, it can be chilly at times, but we feel now wonderfully insulated and ready for any weather/temperatures. People have stopped not just to watch, but to ask all about the work – so we hope our First-Class Job Result will both please you & possibly add to your Customer List! Energlaze’s team refurbished our sash windows, installing triple glazing - so professional, an eye for detail, on time, hard working. They’re a credit to the company. The back office was very responsive, and helpful.

The windows were installed with minimum fuss and the finish was excellent. The lads replacing and installing the windows were very professional, worked tidily and cleaned up when finished each day. A top job.

Energlaze installed solar tubes and associated plumbing of new hot tank and circulating fluid system from the solar tubes to the hot tank on my house in 2018, final instillation and snags fixed in October 2018. I was informed that services of the system should be done every two years. However, I am waiting over 14 months for Energlaze to service their installation. Various excuses were Covid restrictions to their Pummer not being in the area, to suggesting I seek out my own service agent to carry out the servicing. If I had known that Energlaze were unable or unwilling to service their own product I would have looked elsewhere, so buyers beware. Charles Williams, Killarney, Co. Kerry.

We got 20 pv panels installed last feb 2020 and we had the best after care service from them. The two lads who fitted the panels and battery were extremely helpful and professional neat and tidy.

Tried to get a quote for replacement of defective double-glaze windows and for solar panel installation. Totally fixated on the double glaze and clearly not interested unless it’s a ‘big job’. Came across rude and unprofessional so I said I wouldn’t bother.

Sales pitch great. Plus installation However 17 weeks later Energlaze have Not Submitted Docs to SEAI for us to get Grant . We expected Doc s would be submitted To SEAI in a timely manner .

My father had Energlaze glazing throughout his ground floor apartment. Installation and performance of glazing was good. There was serious damage to patio tiling during the installation process which has gone adequately unresolved for 16 months, despite frequent communication and visits from the company over this period. Very disappointing after-sales service.

Paid €1500 deposit for 7 windows and after 8 weeks with multiple calls to chase measurements with no results I received an email and reimbursement, no reason was given. Huge waste of time and poor professionalism.

Hi we got 15 new windows last week. The fitters were excellent and the windows look great. We were very impressed with the quality of the work . Thanks

I was seeking a solar PV system with battery, and a car charger. Price quoted was in excess of €15k with limited (10 bullet points) detail on how the price was built up. I requested that they provide a detailed breakdown of costings i.e. what is the price for the panels, the battery, etc. I was told that it is not possible to provide this information. The lack of transparency regarding pricing is a massive turn off. From searching, I was able to price check some of the products they were offering. I was able to achieve significant savings (30% plus). My advice, shop around/elsewhere.

Installation of solar system Giving me plenty of hot water, Electricity battery charging for EV And hopefully a return of investment whenever , we get paid for the surplus we returned to the grid, The installation was quick and the help Understanding all the possibilities was first class , many thanks to Christine

Had alot of problems but they did address and keep coming out to fix them, however removed a window board today and found big gap under window no sealing. Dreadful quality. Dont recommend Energlaze at all.

Energlaze installed a solar PV system for me some months ago. The whole project from initial consultation through installation to commissioning was flawless and very well managed.

Tried to contact them multiple times to arrange an appointment to discuss upgrading our windows. Apart from the initial email I never got a proper follow up.

Called to seek information on solar pv,gave them all my details.Sales man noel fitzgerald rang me to make appointment to call to my house but didnt show up after an hour of waiting i called noel and he said he had forgot the appointment and can we do it again.Awfull excuse of a business who canot even turn up for appointment set up by themselves to sell me there business.Needless to say i took my business elsewhere.

Excellent sevice and workmanship. Sharon in the office is ultra efficient and helpful at all times..

The only fault I have is that I wasn't given any time to consider my options. Whether to go for 6 panels and no battery or 8 panels and a battery and what the cost difference was and what the benefits between the two are. Actually they are a rip when I checked later they were 2k dearer than anybody else. Don't recommend them.
