Just got an initial quote from them which looked extortionate. Have contacted them to advise them of some blatent errors and to double check certain figures to see if the 132 year ROI is accurate. I await a response but as it stands I would be advising to go elsewhere.

Excellent company to deal with from the first visit with David Harrison to my dealings with Monique and all the excellent contractors who installed our new windows and the solar panels and upgraded the glass in 3 windows. Highly recommend this company. Phyllis Butler

Failed to return calls and emails. Failed to pass on details for site visit for quote. Sent on photos as requested but never heard back. Overall a poor experience, would not recommend, clearly don't care about new business.

I had windows replaced by EnerGlaze in February this year 2022. I have issues with the windows which were not sealed correctly, in fact most of the seals have fallen off. I am constantly emailing EnerGlaze and am constantly being told a fitter will call soon to fix any issues, but now to add insult to injury, they are ignoring me. It would not be a very big job to sort these problems out but it looks like EnerGlaze have no intention of coming back. My advice to anyone thinking of having new windows fitted by this company. Find someone else who you can trust. Josephine O'Brien

Lions led by donkeys. The guys who did the fitting were excellent & the windows seem great. However, all this positive experience was let down by the fact that:- a) we had to chase them for an installation date b) their van broken down on my driveway. It took them longer to remove the van (6 days) to fit the windows (5). WE had to chase them to get it removed. Unproactive, with little communication. The General Manager was rude with an attitude that this was our fault - totally unprofessional. Not an apology in sight from him. I feel sorry for the team working there.

Great experience from quote to fitting . We live in a Georgian house with lots of windows and the difference in sound and heat is incredible . Thanks to Dan and Darren in particular for looking after us.

On 13th April I applied through Energlaze for the OneStopShop promotion that Energlase were advertising. As of 29th July nobody from Energlaze has contacted me yet even about a consultation! I hope to be able to increase the experience rating but this is a really bad start. They should not be seeking applications if they are unable to address them.

I paid a deposit 3 months ago for solar panels and have been chasing since for an installation date. I have been ignored, passed around and fobbed off for the 2 months. Losing the benefit for this year. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Energlaze’s team refurbished our sash windows, installing triple glazing - so professional, an eye for detail, on time, hard working. They’re a credit to the company. The back office was very responsive, and helpful.

I ordered windows for my roof, bathroom and daughters bedroom. Deposit was taken of €1500 and a promise to install of 4-6 weeks. 8 weeks and 4 phone calls of failed promises later I get my deposit back with no explanation! A very unprofessional company that cannot be trusted.

I had solar tubes installed by Energlaze in September 2019. They stopped working in May 2021. I phoned the man who installed them. He was on holidays and would come back to me. He never did. I tried phoning and texting and got all sorts of excuses. When I phoned Energlaze directly, I met very nice girls who apologized and told me I would have it sorted next week. Having done this for most weeks in July and August, I have given up. I have not heard from Energlaze since my last phonecall to them on August 20th, 2021

I’m very happy both with the door provided and the service - the guys on site were excellent as always

Energlaze advertise Fineo glass as replacement glazing for use in wooden window frames. I thought that should be perfect for my house as I have teak window frames. It is now two years since I paid Energlaze a large deposit for the replacement of my glazing with Fineo glass. I am still waiting for the job to be finished. They have not given me a completion date. The Managing Director said in a email to me that they have only one fitter in Ireland who installs the Fineo, even though they are advertising extensively in the newspapers! The adverts are presumably being paid for by Fineo so he doesn’t care. Energlaze did not know the maximum dimensions possible with Fineo. They recommended Low E glass for some larger openings. The fitting quality was poor. The glazing slips are too big and protrude beyond the window frames by varying amounts. Some have warped. They supplied certificates that claimed the double glazed units were from Pilkington, whereas they appear to be from Greaney Glass. The insulation value (U value) of the Greaney (AKA Pilkington ???) double glazed units is 50% that of the Fineo. When they eventually supplied some of the other glazing in Fineo the certificates had the dimensions that are possible in Fineo. They could have done the larger units in Fineo instead of Low E. All together very unsatisfactory, AVOID Energlaze!

This is just a start of a review. I have had a very expesive system installed and I'm not happy with the final electrical installation. I have contacted the guy who I dealt with and after a week waiting I have still not had a reply! They never sent out a technician to look at the site so I sent them drawings, images and a walk through video to explain, it was agreed that it would not be a problem but when the electricians arrived they refused to put the batteries where I wanted them and I now have a system where I cant add to them and it has been put in a cluttered cupboard. I'm not happy but waiting for a reply! If you saw the quality of the work you would laugh. Alan. Portacarron. Galway

From the start to finish was excellent ..Well worth installing and my heating bill was down 400 euros on last winter 2021 even with increasing prices ..

The team at Energlaze were great, we installed new solar panels and our bills have come right down.

Energlaze replaced the wooden front door with a composite door as part of an energy upgrade in March 2022. The installation was on time and the installer gave very helpful advice on the options. The low rating is for POOR AFTERSALES SERVICE. The door locked solid due to a faulty lock, it was reported to Energlaze on 27th June who stated the installer would be in touch. We have heard nothing from Energlaze since ( it is now the13th July), apart from an email stating the installer had been informed. All I can get from a 'phone call is an answering service to which they do not respond. We have been unable to use our front door for 17 days now! Update 19 July, after 22 days with a permanently locked front door: Despite a promise via Trust Pilot from the "Energlaze Management Team" that they will be in touch we have still heard nothing! They cannot even be bothered to talk to us. Update 21st July after 25days without being able to use our front door, at last it has been fixed. I have increased my rating to 4 stars since they eventually repaired it. The biggest problem, as with many suppliers, is lack of communication. If they had said it would take at least 2 weeks to do it because of Covid, their workload and staff holidays, we would have understood- at least it was in their schedule.. The actual installation was good, would recommend to others.

Energlaze totally mis-sold the product to me a couple of years ago and customer service have pretty much unable to help me with any query since.

The doors are lovely. I am delighted with them. The guys that fit them were really nice. Great workers and they left the place spotless.

We got our glass units replaced in our house very efficient and tidy very satisfied customer
