Did exactly what they said and what was required. I’m told they are a little expensive but there is no hassle with them and that is worth paying for. I had used them before and I will use them again.

Great system. Panels were installed quickly and professionally. Have saved hundreds over the past 2 years. Definitely recommend!

Too expensive to install

I had 16 panels fitted almost 2 years ago, they are working very well. Big investment at the time but the way energy prices are going I'm happy with the decision. I have constant hot water and low bills, hopefully my energy supplier will start paying me for the unused power which goes back to the grid.

Activ8 arrived promptly on time, ensured the install was carried out in half a day, and they left the house cleaner than they found it. Very professional from the first point of contact (sales representative) right through to the installation team and after sales team. Highly recommend this company for everyone’s solar needs.

Installation very quick and neat

I was not told that my immersion would only be heated in its small tank as the heating rod the solar panels are connected to just penetrate that far. If I had been informed of that before installation, we could have fixed it. I still have to use gas to heat the full immersion which is very frustrating and disappointing. This could have been avoided by better communication.

Very professional company , organised everything including applying for Grants. The Instalation 10 panal system was complete in 3 hours and it has been working flawlessly for 10 months. A definite 10/10 recommendation.

They were OK on the installation of my 10 panel Solar system but two months later when I enquired about adding a further 3 panels and up grading the inverter They were not interested and quoted a price that was ridiculous to put me off not impressed at all

We have been trying to get in touch with the service department and can't get through - have since this was posted. The installation a year ago was good.

Excellent workmanship, fantastic leader on site took us through all the details, app set up and problem-solving. The price however was very expensive. I should have priced around more to matching specs to be more aware.

The installation was very good and completed in one day. I don’t fully understand the workings of the whole installation and wasn’t able to get a person to person dialogue with anybody to answer any operation queries I have.

So I am still waiting for them to come and service my Solar panels system
