We can't say enough about our installation. Great experience from start to finish. Very professional, friendly guys who came to our home. No fuss, you wouldn't know they were there. Very pleasant men, easygoing but focused. No disturbance whatsoever to the routine of the home. They left everything clean, tidy, no breakages of any kind in any area. We are delighted to have had our solar panels installed by Activ8 Solar Energies. We got a lot of information beforehand and plenty of notice for our installation date. The work was completed in one day with very little disruption. All electrical work was carried out to a high standard, very neat and no mess. The solar panels are of a very high quality. The electricians and solar panel installers were very friendly and helpful. The My energi app which tracks the electricity being produced by the solar panels is very easy to use.

your installiation were timely and effecient. The system worked well for a number of days until the Eddie stated to act up. The help desk were supportive but the repair time lines left a lot to be desired as I had to wait over 2 weeks to get a replacement installed.

Not impressed with the immersion water heating, far too slow, a lot more economical to use the Oil. If I had known I would have got more panels instead. Very disappointed.

Very professionally in the way everything was done from sales person to installing. Men arrived at house on time and completed everything by 1 o'clock. Was shown how the app works, which is very good in following how the panels are working. Overall very happy the way everything was made easy for us to have solar energy installed.

Very friendly and efficient process. Conflicting views on the location of units in the roof space resulted in an unnecessary clear out on our part.

The team of 5 arrived by 8 am and were gone by 1. Very helpful guys, went above and beyond (remedied a problem they encountered that was not part of fitting solar panels). I was struck by a total lack of bad language which sadly cannot be expected these days. Very polite men. Efficient and professional.

The installation team on the day were very good and did a great job. The support team were very helpful also.

Installation trouble -free. very efficient crew, all finished within six hours, worked very tidy. Now have copious amount of hot water. Hope to have lower electric bills in the winter when the storage heaters go on. Would highly recommend Activ8.

Arrived at the scheduled time, and all staff I spoke to were friendly, polite, and efficient. They did a clean, tidy installation of a 5 panel, 1kwh system and were done by lunchtime. Very professional, and I’m happy to recommend.

The whole job was done quickly with minimal interruptions. All the crew were helpful explaining things and pleasant. Any queries were answered quickly. There was some confusion over the referral as I was contacted by the office as if I was a new customer when my sister filled in this form

Comprehensive explanation given before comitting to install. Fully understood costs involved, extent of grant assistance and timeline for installation. On the installation day, the indoor and rooftop teams arrived on time and worked efficiently to complete the job with minimum disruption to everday life in our home. The App was well explained; the design and user interface make it easy to use.

They were efficient and got all works completed very promptly.

Activ8 Solar Energies made the process of choosing and installing our solar PV system very easy. The original sales and survey engineer were very knowledgeable and explained our options clearly, without sales pressure. Once our decision was made, the system was professionally installed within half a day a few weeks later. Everything we need to know was explained fully and we are very happy with the results.

Brilliant from start to finish! Sales person explained everything to us and answered all our queries. Engineer who came to assess to project was excellent and made suggestions as to specific system that would be best suited to our requirements . Install day was a breeze, the team arrived bang on time in the morning as arranged and were finished the job by the afternoon, had everything up and running and had helped us to install thy myenergi app on our phones and explains how it all worked. Our Ber rating is now much improved, adding to the value of our house. We’re delighted with our decision to install the solar panels and would highly recommend Activ8
