Every part of the process was efficient and hassle free. All of the Activ8 staff and sub-contractors were courteous, friendly and full of knowledge. I highly recommend this company for solar PV installation.

The staff at all levels took the time to explain everything answered all my questions with assuring confidence. The installation was efficient quicker than I expected and they left the house clean. Everyone was professional from the sales person to the engineers electricians and office and administration staff.

Installation went very well. Cooperative and courteous crew and the job went smoothly and is working perfectly.

I've been with activ 8 since March 2020. 10 panels installed and have given them glowing reviews, prompting friends and family members to avail of their service. In last couple of days I've been having issues with 5 panels on side of house not generating any electricity. I rang customer care who trouble shot few things but it's going to require an engineer call out. I almost fell off the chair when the guy said the call out fee is 250 euro. How can you justify that activ8?? Scandalous treatment of customers. You should stand over your product not fleece customers when it breaks down!! No reply from activ8 must only reply to the positive reviews. Plenty of local people doing solar these days. My advice go with them for if/when there's an issue down the line!! Update 24/06/24 No contact from activ8 contrary to their reply to my original review. Should tell you all you need to know about them. Shop local folks Further update 4/7/24 Got tired and waiting on activ8 to contact me so I rang a local fellow to solve my issue. The fault was a faulty fuse on the fireman switch. Guy didn't even want to take money for the 2 minute job, but I obviously paid him. Once again activ8 wanted 250 euro just to look at THEIR OWN system. Sickening

A better follow up would be appreciated

Easy to deal with. Arrived at our house and the solar panels where fitted quickly and safely explained every thing and cleaned up after the work was completed All the employee's where nice to deal with. Would recommend them.

All went well but I was disappointed that the roofers left about 15 nails on my drive that I had to pick up in case they punctured a car tyre. They also left some cigarette butts on the drive and others that subsequently were washed off the roof by the rain.

The planning with Activ8 is fantastic. Everything is so professional. From the 1st meeting to the engineer visit and to the installation team is all straight forward. I would recomend these for your solar panels 100%

Team 10 were all efficient, friendly and polite. They had everything done within 5 hours. My installation was neat and tidy. I particularly appreciated Shay and Gary's review of the design and removal of the Eddi water heater which was not necessary in our case and the revised price was €800 lower. Thanks Activ8 😊

Walked through the whole process and workmanship was excellent. My job wasn't a simple one, but everything worked out perfectly 👌

Trunking off level and loose, workplace left very dirty. Clothes line removed and not replaced when work complete. Roof lights left extremely dirty after cutting tiles on roof. Solar panels not lined up.

Alex explained everything before they got to work installing the system. Couldn't fault the guys on site, just got on with the job and left everything spotless before they left. Harry went through everything with us at the end. The app is very user friendly and it's great to know you can control the water heating remotely. We're reserving the 5th star until we see our future electric bills and what savings we will achieve.

The good was that the guys putting up the solar panels arrived on time in dreadful weather and still installed them. The bad was that the electrician didn't turn up and therefore we were not connected for over a week.

Your crew came on site on time they carried out there work very efficiently very polite explained everything very well and left my home very tidy I have no problem recommending activ8 to my friends and relatives and neighbours
