I am most disappointed that I was not offered the facility of the app when I originally got the panels installed.

Everything fitted in one day,very happy with the systems.jusr wateing on government to make decisions on payment on my excess power going to the grid.Engineer fitting system was very helpful explaining the working of system and setting apps on phone.

Team arrived, friendly, and we thought efficient. On departure after minimal instruction we discovered a fault. Attempted to contact HQ no answer eventually got in electrician at our own expence who fixed error. Office stated they would refund cost of electrician which has not happened yet. In the dark about the controls with lack of instruction disappointed with after service being inadequate

Excellent service. Only issue was that the deal included a remote control for the heating. However when the panels were being fitted the electrician decided that this was not possible. Active8 undertook to check this out but never got back to me.

I have hot water even when it's not sunny Olso my electric bill is half of what it used to be I'm thinking strongly about adding more panels nin the near future

We have 10 solar panels--all generating electricity and hot water --we are very satisfied and we recommend activ 8 for solar energy👌👍

Activ8 were excellent from start to finish. They gave good advice on how to set up the system, what to do and what not to include. They arrived exactly when they said and were very efficient and got the job very quickly and neatly. Follow on questions were answered promptly.

PV system works fine ( if we had sun in the west of ireland. Solar radiation only penetrates very light cloud cover. My biggest gripe , as far as I can judge from a small sample is that I paid a lot more (20 to 25 %) than for equivalent systems. Also, whereas the sales man was very convincing the installers might have been better at explaining the the overall workings of EDDI sytem. ANyway I bought them as a gesture to the environment. IN the North west it could take years to recoup ones investment. Cheers

Honestly delighted with solar panels and Activ 8 energies with service we got .They are brilliant on a non cloudy day but if am honest a little disappointing on a cloudy day but overall very pleased Thank you

Very bad service not any help when you have an issue with solar panels

Staff In and out with in a couple of hours Total clean up Great after service

Great for providing warm to hot water in the copper tank,but no payments off bills from ESB for producing excess units yet
