Very efficient fitting and not at all intrusive- great controls which work remotely, delighted we got it done

Support service too expensive. Not properly explained about the maintence at the time of sale or installation. Also very unhappy with the way a referral was dealt with for a neighbour. Bad experience with solution not being delivered & Activ8 owner saying they had iron clad legal contract ie trying to avoid paying back the deposit.

satisfied tallaght. I got solar panels fitter in feburary and i was very happy with the . i dealt with the office staff who were very knowledgeable with every aspect of the contract. When it came to installation time everybody knew their job and went about it without delay and were very tidy and clean in carrying it out. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone.

I find solar hot water brilliant even in winter with less hours of sunlight Servicing we feel was much more expensive than we were quoted at time of insulation But for the future of our grandchildren we try to do our bit for 'green living' solar water system extremely efficient. Wouldn't be without it highly recommend workmanship and result

Installation was affected with minimum of inconvenience. Performance has been very effective.

I have seen little difference in my bills and am disappointed having spent €8,000 on 8 solar panels!!! The only advantage is Hot Water but sometimes that is not so hot either! Overall so far can't see a value

Active8 came to my home showed me their stuff and I was very impressed I was told about grants and informed he would ensure I get the grant for a battery at a later date if I wasn't ready to buy with panels I ordered panels they were installed I was very pleased After a couple of months we decided a battery would be good for us I rang Active8 was told no! I should have ordered together to avail of a grant on battery I was put in touch with the agent who came to my house and he down right lied on the phone and said he never said that even though he wrote it alongside his quotes on the brochure This was a big let down for what I thought was a very professional company

Really good service at installation. System is a year old and is going well. No issues. Just waiting to get supply co to start paying for the free electricity I've been donating! Activ8 are to the forefront for domestic installations of solar.

We find the solar panels excellent for 9 months of the year there is plenty of hot water

The Solar Panels are great and savings are terrific. I hope to be able to add more on I’m the future.

I have had no contact from you since I have had the solar panels installed. It would be nice to have the panel system checked to make sure they are working to there full capacity

Great job and great customer service.

Everything was taken care of, quick response and installation. Perfect service, the installation went very smooth (18 panels in 4 hours time). The workmen were great, polite and helpful. No worries about the grant and BER update, Active8 took care of everything. One small remark, we found a lot of nails from the slates in the gutters and on the ground. Tip: tell people to check it.

Seamless from initial sales query through to installation and setup. I only wish that we had done this sooner. Activ8 were highly professional and I'm 100% satisfied.

The team were excellent. They were so efficient extremely nice guys and really neat and tidy. They explained how the whole system works and explained the app on my phone.

The technicians we had were brilliant, they knew their job perfectly and were the two nicest guys I have met for a long time, they were so professional in their work and left my house spotless, you would never know they had been there.

Prompt and accurate service and work. Site inspection and pre-work was very thorough. The panels were installed carefully but quickly and inside installations were put up meticulously and professionally done. Installation worked immediately and everything was explained in an easy to understand manner. All in all, I recommend the company and their product.
