Star lost for installation workmanship wires dangling inside hot press should have been more secure 2nd star lost for dropping wires along walls when they should have been run inside press hidden from view! Lastly no discount or return for all the free electricity donated to national grid at a time when energy costs are soaring and SSE AIRtricity are claiming 100% Green energy provider

The company fitted the solar panels and set up the system in a morning and it is working well. They were polite, efficient and tidy workers. Afterwards, when I had queries staff were more than helpful and someone called out to check it was working as it should. My one beef is that the salesman rather over egged the pudding by telling me my post installation BER rating would be B3, in actuality it was C1, which was disappointing and he also assured me that from October 1st last year I would get credit for my electricity fed into the grid . I am still waiting for that. Other than that I am very satisfied and seeing real savings in my electricity bill. It’s a shame what could have been a five star review is downgraded by the salesman’s pitch. He should tone it down.

Activ8 installed solar panels in mid March 2022. Our first full bi monthly bill covered the period mid Apr to mid June. Our electricity charge was €50 plus standing charges and Vat. We are delighted we choose Active8 solar panels.

Great job and we have loads of power being generated now. Lots of hot water too.

Active8 From the moment the sales person arrived The experience began. The installation team arrived on the day at the time they said .there was no stopping for lunch they got stuck in to the installation. They were about 5 hours and there was 6 people involved very clean and friendly .when all was done we were shown the work and how to work it which is easy as it works itself.the water is very hot all day and evening .the electricity cost has come down a lot even with recent price hikes .it is guaranteed for 25 years so no issues there .in the winter it would not be as good as summer but still have hot water and slightly less to pay for electricity .all and all a great choice and very good set up
