going forward with the solar panels installed and no battery, i would like to know the benefits of purchases a battery in the future, the information on getting a battery and the information easy to understand inc the price.

The team at Activ8 were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish....From the phone team back at base to our advisor who patiently explained all the benefits sitting in our kitchen and then of course the install team who went above and beyond to get it done and leave no debris behind.....I would advise anyone thinking about solar to give them a shout!

Very satisfied with the work carried out by Activ8. Neat and tidy. System working perfectly since installation. We now have Hot Water every day and the EV is charged when needed. I would highly recommend Activ8.

My Solar was installed on 9th November 2021. I have had a number of problems which are still not addressed despite an Activ8 review and on-site visit on 17th May. An error in the electrical Installation was discovered and Shading on some panels is resulting in a significant under performance. I am still waiting to hear from Activ8 with an action plan to sort these issues.

Very efficient and coordinated company, making the whole process easy. Great installation team and follow up support. There may be cheaper options but it is worth a little extra for the ease of process and back up. Good company.

Really needs a good site survey on ALL the solar possibilities, with advice on Battery etc. This did not happen for me and had to purchase a different inverter to accept batteries, which I didn't know about, and the company didn't accept we both made a mistake. Apart from that the fitting was perfect and very professional. If you don't know anything about solar like me get the survey and advice so you know the issues.

Very good communication from company about the solar system. Installers were very professional, fast (done in half a day) and tidy. The solar system is fantastic, well worth the money.

I was very happy with the instalment and the cleanliness of the team that did the job. I am very pleased with the benefits that I have after the instalment: reduction in electricity expenses. I have to points where I believe they could do better: 1.- Explain better the different parts that would be installed; I.e. that the checking online of the panels production is a separate deal that the panels and battery. 2.- the boiler function in relation to the panels connection. The panels produce electricity to heat the water. The timer of the boiler had to be adjusted accordingly. This was not explained at the time of the instalment. I had to learn it form the boiler technician. Best wishes.

From initial contact to job completion Activ8 provided a professional job.Staff were informative and a scheduleof actions was drawn up. Job completed on time with no mess.

I found the whole experience to be very professional from the sales rep to installers and the paper work was very good. I will say that the cost could be better as your competitors are a good bit cheaper and most of them are using the same inverter and safety switches

Activ8, excellent installation service. From initial assessment, quote on energy efficient options and heating controls update. Planning an installation date for me. Arrival on time, very quick 4 hour installation no fuss dust. Answered questions on how get upto date generating info from system. It's automatic and easy. Delighted with solar panels and even more delighted with the very small electricity bills. Highly recommend Activ8 with their 10year guarantee.

The system was installed in very quick time cleaning up after themselves is something they need to learn bjg time.The system it self is working fine no problem.

We got good advice on what is the best option for our property and the after service ( just a queries) was very good as well.

Brilliant, the house runs on .3Kph that is a few lights on, the fridge and my wife who works from home with her computer turned on. We generate .4 or .5Kph when it’s a dull day and up to 3Kph when the sun is shining. Lots of free hot water, then the excess electricity generated goes to the National grid which we are getting paid for some day soon. Put the dish washer and washing machine on there timers so they are not on at the same time, works great more free electricity. Activ8 did a great and fast job with the insulation of the system.
