Communication and instalation was very good.I would be disappointed with performance during dull weather even when temperature was reasonably high.In other words good performance needs sunshine.

My experience was generally very good, apart from an issue with water heating at the start. My queries were initially forwarded to the wrong person, so the response took a week, but the issue was then resolved quickly. The admin staff are very helpful also.

My experience with Active 8 was great the staff were very Professional at ther job and you would not know that they were there . The house was left spotless . The solar panels do a great job the oil has not been on during the day all year and theremore hot water then we can use The staff were very friendly and helpfu

THE SALES PERSON HAS NO IDEA HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED AND NEVER TOLD ME THAT I WOULD NOT GET CREDIT FOR THE ELECTRICITY THAT THE SYSTEM GENERATED UNTIL A GOVERNMENT SYSTEM WAS PUT IN PLACE. HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW THE SYSTEM WORKED!! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FEEL CONNED! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! The reply from the company backs up my comment that they knew this was the situation when the system was sold to me, yet they conviently did not inform me at that time. I now have a system that cost a lot of money doing absolutely nothing and no clear date as to when it will happen. Obviously I need to seek legal advice. Completely at a loss of words to describe the low that Activ8 has stooped to. Please anyone, if you are considering solar panels do not use this company! To make matters worse the salesperson insisted that the system was feeding back into the grid and I would see the difference in my electric bills. POPPYCOCK! DISCUSSTED, CONNED AND LIED TO!!!!

Got solar panels and batteries installed. The crew were extremely helpful and professional and left the place spotless after the job. I can't recommend enough. Have had it for 6 months now and everything is performing exactly as they said it would.

Entire project was done in a most efficient manner and the system is working well. energy reduction from supplier cut 40% so bills lower even with recent increases. Am very happy with system and recommend to anyone with suitable roof orientation.

Once panels were in, it was nearly impossible to get any answers to questions. I was told that the panels did not need sunshine to generate electricity this is not what I'm finding!

No issues - work completed in a timely manner, guys on site where quick, cleaned up after themselves and worked from the minute the arrived on site first thing in the morning until the job was done at lunch time
