Excellent service ,whole process was trouble free and all the staff were excellent to deal with.

Very friendly staff, very efficient

Although it took many months from rep's visit to final installation, it was all done well, and as promised. Our Rep, Leslie O'Hora, was very helpful and kind, always answering our queries, whether by text, email or phone, immediately.

The physical was very good and professional and after one year my installation is generating 10% more than forecast which is very good. However i have seen very little improvement in my electricity consumption for the grid. I have three phase electricity in my house and when I asked the company if they could have connected the system to a phase that is connected to (for instance my off-peak night heating) they connected me to a salesman who insisted that "our system supplies electricity across every phase" which I found incredible. I am waiting for a smart meter and hope that when I can get paid for the electricity it will start to defray the cost. I am a pensioner and will never see a return on the large investment

Great service, fast and effective install. Everything done as described with a very experienced and focused crew, less than a day end-to-end on-site.

Excellent workmanship and followup. Only negative aspect is the Solis inverter. Whereas the general meaning of OFFGRID is supply is maintained to the output from the DC source(s) Solis have a second output sourced from the DC supply. My intention as stated prior to installation was for a system that could be permanentl disconnected from the grid (OFFGRID). Upgrded STARS to FIVE as this report is about ACTIV8 not SOLIS.

Solar panels installed working well- very nice lads. Unfortunately big problems afterwards as some electric cables were trilled through. Little or no after sales service. Disappointing.

Very efficient, installed quickly. Very professional. I would recommend. My friend spent €40 last week on there electricity meter they have no kids. We spent €13 and have kids. I would say the €13 was because we still have a habit of putting on dishwasher and washing machine late evening/night time.

The guys arrived on time, came in and did all the work with minimum fuss and were gone by mid afternoon. Everything was cleared up and they explained the app etc to me with simple jargon. All in all a positive experience.

I was delighted with the Activ8 Team The office staff were really helpful, the team who came out to the house to do the physical work were from Monaghan, having driven to Co. Kildare arriving really early to start & finish the job, with not even a minute wasted. I tried to offer tea/coffee etc but the men were so focused! Excellent workmanship, and a lovely friendly but highly professional manner! I was very happy, then and now! Thank you.

Excellent work in and out no mess

Very happy with my solar panels and have piping hot water all the time. The installation by Activ 8 was extremely efficient and was done in a little more than half a day. I would highly recommend them. The water was hot that night!!The only reason I gave 4 rather 5 stars is that after the installation, someone was sent out to check that everything had been done properly. Following his visit, the panels did not seem to work (I had no hot water inspite of sunny weather) and I had to ring and ask for someone to come back and undo what the previous person had done!! This was done very quickly and everything is working perfectly now. Why fix it when it isn't broken.😆. I have had 2 electricity bills with nothing to pay in the last while, so it looks as though the panels may be generating more electricity than I am using. Is that possible? I was away for some of the time and the weather has been exceptionally warm, but I do not have a battery so I cannot store the power.

The survey and installation were carried out efficiently and in good time. No problems and all working well. I get Average 0.4 Kw in dull weather and up to 1.8Kw in full sun. The savings look great so far. My usage for May / June 2022 was 1/3 of 2021

Professional service delivered in a timely manner

The lads arrived on time to fit panels and keep us informed throughout as to what was happening very quick to get back to you with any questions you have about the plant

Clean, tidy, ontime, no complaints.

Proposal explained, installed as promised, working as claimed.

The installation crew were efficient and tidy. And the back up service was great. I would use them again.

There was no missing the job was done in one day well organised fitting the solar panels to the roof
