Professional and efficient company.

The installation costs are far too expensive Poor support

Found the team very good, professional, and would explain everything very well and were neat and tidy; guys arrived without the inverter on day of install due to delays from supplier in UK, so there was a subsequent delay with that (~2 wks), then once installed there was a issue with connection to some panels which wasn't fixed in total for a month from initial install date...

the boys were very friendly and good at what they had to do.

I expected to be able to have less electricity bills but I have not..i was promised I would have and get money from government for creating electricity which hasn't happened ..very false info

I recently gave a poor review for Activ8 and I would now like to amend this. I received a phone call from Derek my local rep who then called to the house to discuss my complaints /concerns. I can now say I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I must also say that apart from this glitch (which was explained fully to me) I am completely satisfied with my dealings with Active8 from my first contact with Derek and the very professional installation team. I would certainly recommend this company.

The crew that installed the unit were very efficient and courteous. The panels work well once you use them at the time when they are most efficient. Cost of purchasing is costly but are worth the effort to reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

We Kevin& MaryMc Sweeney of classis ovens cork have an issue with your company.We agreed a deal with your sales rep.,which included a grant of 1900euros.How ever we recieved an e mail from SEAI to say that 2400 euros of a grant was paid to you.We believed we were 'conned'here and we demand the remaining 500euros.irrespective .of what was signed.

The Solar Panels were installed on a very stormy day. The ladder used to access the roof damaged my front door, an internal door jamb, and the blind on the back door when it was being brought through my house. My Satelite dish was moved when hit by the ladder and subsequently had to be replaced.

Activ8 arrived at 8 as they had said and introduced themselves and started work straight away. They took all safety pro cautions and explained what was going to happen and a rough time that they would be finished. The lads worked away causing no interference. A very professional company and staff. I’d recommend Activ8 to anyone looking to get solar panel installed.

I’d have Activ8 again. From initial contact , through quotation and information, all was done very efficiently and in good presentation. The installation was done on date agreed and in the one day. There was a little rush at the end. It was a Friday and people were in a hurry to get home. One telephone conversation did not result in a post-installation visit, which we would have liked, but was enquiry was answered on the phone. Only flaw!!

Very professional firm, competent fitting team & fast installation with surprisingly little disruption. Would recommend.

5 stars on all of the following, Punctuality, Cleanliness, Teamwork, Efficiency, Information provided. Follow up inspection. A job well done.
