Great team of workers, very efficient and no mess afterwards.

The team were prompt, worked without any fuss and minimal mess. The system was clearly explained and is working today to its rated capacity. No conplaints so far. The firm has sent full clear documentation by E-mail.

The installation of the solar system was carried out both efficiently and and with exceptional care and attention to all details. The detailing and fitting is absolutely perfect and second to none. The installation staff are a credit to your company and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent job all round

Very quick efficient installation. 4 hours in and done. Hot water within 90.minutes. Very happy.

Good service, arrived on time very efficient,work done to a very high standard, left place clean, and took boxes etc away, good at explaining how the system works and left me a contact number if I had any ?'s I was aware that one of the gentlemen had a cough, and that concerned me a little

Excellent service by an excellent team. Installation team arrived on time & were very professional. Team leader Alan displayed an excellent knowledge of the system & was very helpful throughout the process. My follow up query on the cost of installing two additional panels was prohibitive.

I was extremely happy with the way Activ8 came and installed my solar panels, they arrived on time, did their joy efficiently, all the men were courteous and helpful and tidied and cleaned up after they were finished. Overall I’m very satisfied with everything.

Excellent team from the get-go. The installation-team was brilliant, did a great job, nice and tidy, couldn`t really ask more. Thank you!

A couple of small issues stopped me from marking any higher: (a) No pull cord left in the pipework for new or replacement cables that may need to be installed at a later stage. It is standard practice to leave a pull cord if there was one there to start with. (Un-resolved) (b) Data cable from the garage into the house was left 1 foot too short, I could not reinstate the path. Active8 should always allow 1-2 feet of additional cable where possible: especially if going underground (contraction-expansions) and for routing adjustments. (Issue resolved) (c) A 5k output Solis inverter has installed (28/7/22) but a 6K output was ordered. (issue resolved) (d) Active8 should reinstate any paths or outside channels they create during the install. They should not leave it to the customer to reinstate-tidy up. Some customers may have to hire another contactor to complete this work, adding extra unforeseen cost, quick dry cement and cold wet tar is an easy fix that Active8 should do. (Resolved - by Owner) (e) No discussion during sales visit about Tigo Optimizers, optional extra. (Resolved) On the positive side: All the issues were accepted and corrected very quickly (12/8/22) 2 wks. 5K replaced with a Solis 6K output inverter on 12/8/22. I purchased the Tigo optimizers, TAP and CCA, online, Active8 installed FOC, Short data cable fixed 12/8/22. (Resolved) very prompt service generally :-) I am very happy-satisfied with the equipment and very prompt service Activ8 provided. The whole install was professional and to the highest standards with very enthusiastic staff.

Excellent team. From sales to engineering to installation. Adapted well to the inevitable speed bumps on the day of installation.

We have the solar panels just over a year. In that time we always have hot water. We have saved a lot on taking showers never using the Triton T90. We have used just over 1100 unit's since installation. Money well spent. It also adds value to the property.

As an update to my post of 21st July, I still haven't heard from Activ8.

My experience with Activ8 Solar Energies was a very positive one. The team who installed the system were very courteous.

Installation staff was fabulous to deal with. Shame the ethos of the company is to hound the customer for full payment before installing of the system. The company should look at a different method for payment such as part payments like other companies do when a large amount of money is involved.
