Shane and his team (team 10) arrived at exactly the time agreed and their finishing time was as estimated. Such a courteous group of lads, kept us informed at all times and answered any questions without hesitation. They cleaned as they went along, though there was very little disturbance either inside or outside. We are delighted with our solar panels , and would highly recommend Active8 and thank the fantastic Team 10 for their expertise.

The installers turned up on time and they did their work efficiently with little or no disruption. The left the place as they found it. The process was explained to me coherently and it was a good experience overall.

fantastic clean and tidy workers

We had our solar panels fitted 3 weeks ago, we are just getting familiar with them and how to use the supply from the panels more efficiently, its a learning process! Have to say the Active8 fitters were very efficient, arrived on time and completed the fitting on the day. They were very clean and tidy, so professional, they even replaced a broken tile on the roof.

Informative efficient company from first contact until installation day. Friendly and helpful on day of installation. No improvement necessary in my opinion.

Good craft personnel

Very happy with overall experience from the first phone call to installation. It did take 3 months for installation but I was told this in the beginning. Top class work from the installers and a very efficient team in the office .

Solar panels were installed efficiently within half a day. One issue was the insulation in the attic was not put back in its original place and boards were left unscrewed after the work which I had to point out to one of the workers who fixed it. Pieces of wire, screws left lying in the attic. All in all, it was a good service.

From Survey to installation they were absolutely brilliant. Brian and his team were very neat and tidy with the job. They explained everything in simple terms. All done in a matter of hours so very very efficient. Highly recommend Active 8 and with the better value rate selling back to the grid its a no brainer.

Install was fast, lads friendly and helpful, there was a problem with the first inverter which took some calls to Activ8 to get replaced, panels don’t seem to creating the amount of electricity I would expect, I have 2.4K friend has 3.2K and he makes twice the electricity than me

The Activ8 team was very impressive . The Team of four completed installation of 18 panels and all electrical services within five hours . There approach to Health and Safety was first rate. I would give Activ8 a strong recommendation for future projects

From start to finish the job was super ,,, fantastic communication and fantastic installation the lads were superb so overall very happy thank u active 8 for looking after my home

Over all I am very happy with ACTIV8 . All their staff that came to install my Solar panels were very efficient and they left my house in a clean state when they were finished

The lads that came explained what they would be doing, answering any questions, there work was done to a very high standard and explained how system worked and left house spotless very happy with work

Activ8 supplied and fitted my solar panels and must say I am very pleased. They were ordered early August and the installation was completed mid November. The staff were very professional and answered all my queries. The survey was done and he recommended I change the immersion tank, after that I got an installation date. The fitting crew arrived a few weeks later on time and completed the job in about 4 hours. They did a terrific job and left the place spotless. I would definitely recommend this company.

Professional and friendly from the representative that first called to the technical assessment team and finally the installation team all work clean and tidy.

The whole process with Activ8 from initial contact to installation was pretty straightforward. We had someone come out within days of getting in touch and explained the system, how it worked and the process of getting it installed. The technical assessment followed reasonably quickly too and, again, was very straightforward and easy. Communication was generally not an issue, any time I had to contact them I was able to talk to someone straight away. They lose a star though as we were initially lead to believe they we would have them installed in about 8/10 weeks or so when in reality it turned out to be around 18 weeks. I had to ring a couple of times before I got an installation date. Also, I had planned on getting the Eddi system for hot water to replace our existing heat pump which needed a replacement thermostat but during the technical assessment, it was recommended by the assessor that we didn't need the Eddi system and that the installers could replace the thermostat on the installation day. However, on the day the installers weren't familiar with that particular heat pump so didn't want to touch it. But overall, delighted to finally get the system installed and would recommend Activ8.
