Activ8 gave me plenty of notice before they arrived. The team arrived on time and done the work and left no mess behind. How the system worked and any electrical safety issues I queried was clearly explained to me by Danny.

We had a good overall experience with Activ8. Sales person did his job well, survey engineer was courteous and knowledgeable. Panel roofers and three electricians /installers did a neat and clean job and explained everything. Back office staff quick to answer any phone calls and follow up on paperwork. Good communication from start to finish, happy to recommend Activ8.

Was expecting a professional service, got the opposite.

Only had then installed a week ago so too early to comment.

Installation very professional with minimum disruption. Also installers tidied up site when finished. App showed how the solar panels were working right after the installation. App is not only easy to use but very informative.

From our first contact with Active8, our experience was a positive one. Rory was our first contact person. He explained everything in detail & even returned to ans further questions we had. There was absolutely no pressure. The installation team were extremely professional. Worked very efficiently. The team leader introduced himself ( we liked that touch ) & explained the process & even told us the exact time they would have the installation completed. He explained how our system worked & certainly didn't rush. Very satisfied customers. However, on reflection, a little more communication from office might have been a good thing, just to keep us updated , (from ordering to installation.)

Delivered what it promised, on budget, on time.

Great when the panels went up the guys were fantastic. I was a long time waiting to get them. Paid a deposit in June, work wasn't done til November. My only gripe. But in fairness they are in very high demand.

Excellent service from Activ8. They facilitated our need to postpone installation twice - due to illness. They arrived to install solar panels on a beautiful sunny day and we were fully prepared for them. The team of installers and electricians worked quickly, efficiently and tidily - it was a pleasure to have them around.

Very good at making appointments and keeping them. Install completed in about 5 hours. Very clean and tidy work
