Installation Team were excellent - very thorough, obliging, neat and professional ( particularly the electricians Danny and Stephen). On the negative side, the Salesman was disorganised and forgetful ( training required there).Our first point of contact on the Admin side was poor and it was only when I sought a different contact ( Kristian van Heerde who was excellent) did matters improve. While I'm pleased with the end result, the whole process seemed drawn out ( nearly 4 months and three visits !) . Please treat this as feedback and not criticism

The work was carried out very efficiently and in a timely fashion.

The installation team were great. Very professional and efficient. The only downfall was the lack of operational instruction regarding the system.

Brian and his team came on site on time and explained exactly what was happening before they started very tidy and all knew what section they were working very tidy no mess after them when they finished after installation Brian went through everything thoroughly with us and actually replaced a ecb which he said was faulty would highly recommend the lads on their work ethics

Active8 were very helpful kn the phone and arranged a date for the assessor and the installers. From assessment to instalation was only 6-8 weeks with a cancellation. The installers were on time, polite, clean, fast and helpful. The electrician set up my phone app.

An enjoyable experience from start to finish. First looked at solar from a neighbour who used activ8 and it started from there. A wek later i was signed up. Lads arrived early morning and were very pleasant to deal with. Quick and tidy work.

Excellent service from start to finish, the lads were due to start installing at 8am and were outside the house 10 minutes early and they didn’t stop working until they were completely finished. They then talked us through the entire setup before they left.

Wouldn’t recommend this company to install any system. Due to them cancelling my appointment after saying that it was okay due to the type of building. After explaining to them the situation, they still denied a free survey due to the type of building. They say they do homes and industries to me that is a lie, because they will not even look at Property due to the area code and type of building, mainly the type of building

From the initial call to the final installation Activ8 provided a professional and well integrated service. Clear information was provided to assist my decision making, sales, surveying and installation teams communicated well and arrived at the arranged times. The installation was completed efficiently and with minimum interruption. I would highly recommend Activ8.

A good crew of installers , everyone just got on with their allocated jobs and beautifully supervised by Alan who went through everything in detail with me upon completion.

I had an install about 2 years ago. It was a mess. Activ8 did not respond to my queries directly and did not address the messy workmanship. I found out, subsequent to the install, that it was a new team (they didn’t last long). I had to pay for a plumber to fix my heating after and they never repaid me for this. I had to bury the trunking that they left on my walls and never acknowledged that this unsightly work was a problem. I am relieved that it is working fine after 2 years and when the Inverter went they replaced it under guarantee. It was a very difficult install. only one immersion is connected up (it should be top and both as far as I know) and they took out a perfectly good heating controller to replace it with a climote with no more functionality than what I had. very poor customer service install date was September 2021

The salesman was helpful time from deposit to fit did take a while but this was explained at tim of sale. Fitting team very clean arrived on time very efficient. Explanation of how eddie worke and how to set up could have been better.

We ordered and paid a deposit for solar panel fitting in July this year and we were told it would be three months to installation. This week we have been given a date for February ie more than six months after ordering. Very disappointed with the service and wish we had gone elsewhere.
