Excellent service from initial contact to completion of installation.

Hole proces was quick and simple, installation day also quick and guys explained everything. Only bad thing is they didn't tell me they couldn't connect extractor fan duct back to extractor fan because due to moving the roof vent, duct was to short. They just covered it with isolation and didn't mention it and as you can notice that didn't sit well with me. Other than that everything was ok

Harry and his team fitted our solar panels earlier this week, what a service they were fantastic. So friendly and hard working an absolute pleasure to deal with.

For the first contact I made with Active8,found them to be responsive and easy to deal with through the whole process. They were mainly on time ,if any problem with delays they kept me informed, finding the best timing for me. Installation was quick and neat. All paperwork done perfectly. As they said my only role is to watch energy flowing through the panels to my home on my apps. The running of the system was explained very clearly to me. Very professional service.

Work men were very punctual. Very neat workers. The jobs was completed in 4 hours. I have only one problem. My hot water has not yet reached 60 degrees and my neighbours reaches it every day

Generally speaking all went well but I found 30 tacks in the driveway- would be an idea to lay out a large plastic cover to gather these during PV install. Also, on the eddi run through, it would be instructive to instruct the client how the temperature may not get up to set-point (maybe not enough sun, etc.); ours is at 45C currently. Also, some explaining on how soon we get credit for export - that took a call to get registered. Otherwise, grand
