Our experience with Activ8 Solar Energies was easy, from the initial contact to installation. All the people we encountered were helpful and knowledgeable at all stages. The installation team were efficient and polite. We would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in solar energy.

From the first moment Frank stepped into our house to present Activ8’s solar energy offering right through to installation, we felt we made the right choice with Activ8. The product and service was fully explained to us up front with no jargon used or questions left unanswered and the options and costs were laid out in an entirely unbiased and no obligation way. The honesty and transparency of the process, coupled with the quality of equipment provided by Activ8 and Activ8’s reputation meant the decision was an easy one. The SEAI grant application process was explained to us and handled by Activ8 and a little over 8 weeks later, we have our panels and system in place. The installation process was as efficient, clean and professional job as we have ever witnessed and we are delighted with the final outcome.

The provider crew arrived on the due date on time. A member of the crew explained what they would be doing during the period of the work. They had minimal disruptive impact during the work and were available to answer any questions that arose during the process.

From arrival to completion the whole operation was seamless two Van's arrived almost together 4 lads got out ha a brief chat two came into house and two remained outside and they were efficiency personified

The whole experience was very professional from the beginning, from the sales rep right through to the team on installation. The team of 6 were in as scheduled and were finished the installation and commissioning by 1.30pm. They were lovely group of lads, very polite and mannerly but very good at there job, cleaned up after themselves and worked very well as a team. Pleasure to have in our home.

Very efficient engineers doing installation and very good at explaining how system operates.

The installation was done within the last couple of weeks. Installers arrived on time and all the work was finished in less than a day, neat and cleaned up after themselves. Explanation provided on system and where to look further regarding their website etc. BER was done shortly after installation as promised and all paper work regarding grant was handled by the company.

From start to finish everything went smoothly neat and tidy, any questions you had they took the time to answer, could not be more helpful 👍👍

Really well executed in around 4 hours. Everyone clear on their respective roles. Tidied up after themselves too.

We are totally delighted with our Daylight panels . Installation went seemlessly. The guys arrived in time and were super efficient.. very neat job, completed on 3.5 hours .. Were loving our endless hot water. The app is very easy to understand thanks to the guy who explained it to us . Best thing we've done to the house, Highly recommended A&C

They came promptly 5 lads and didn't have to be fed. In just one and a half days they were gone and the best of all its only February and it is working great. I also love the App.I couldn't believe it that they were able to bolt them to the roof and not have to go into the attic. Very tasty and neat.

Active8 is a very efficient company. Everything was well explained except in relation to domestic hot water. While you are 'promised' hot water off the system you will not have water above 45 to 50° max. Through my own investigation I got to understand this aspect of the system better. The work carried out appears to me to be of a high standard with good emphasis on safety during installation. I found the people in administration helpful and good to deal with anytime I had a query.
