I had my first contact with consultant in Oct 23 who explained everything and I made the decision to install the panels. I had a vist from engineer in Dec 23 who advised where the panels would go on roof and talk through how they would connect wiring to attic. Panels were installed on 1/3/24 by very efficient installers. They arrived at 8.30 and had the installion completed at 12 noon. Delighted with service and would recommend Activ8

The guys arrived on time, were very polite and curtious and started job straight and explained the electrical work in detail and since I know nothing about electrical work they just got on with it and no mess anywhere and the guys doing the roof work just got on with it no problem what so ever, 10 out of 10 my marks for all of them.

Workmen came at the allocated time and worked very efficiently. Left within a few hours . Left the house in perfect condition . Found the head office easy to deal with and overall am happy with my new panels !

A great team of 4 arrived on the day of installation. All very friendly and professional. They carried out a very neat job (all 18 panels on the roof and the piece of plant erected on my workshop wall). The conduit for all of the cables was expertly fitted and very neatly placed. The two electrical engineers held back to ensure everything electrical was working perfectly before they left and they spent a good deal of time illustrating how it all works, including the 'myenergi' APP. The panels were generating power by 15:30 on the day of installation.

2 teams arrived on the day selected and bang on time given. Very good crew of installers/ electricians straight to work, good clear information given to us. Staff in office have been very helpful also with phone calls and emails The journey along the way from meeting Rep to getting eveything installed has been top class The installers and electricians were very neat and tidy at there work also. I was very disappointed with our experience with Activ8. I had been told by a friend about her solar panels. She showed me her app which was very user friendly and you could see how much energy was being generated, how much was being used in the house and how much was going back to the grid. We decided to get a quote and a rep called out. I found it hard to understand what he was saying but we decided to go ahead. He told us we would have a 3 month wait and that was accurate. We were given a date in Feb for the installation but got a call afterwards asking us to go ahead a day early which we did. After the installation was completed, someone called to the front door asking us to pay immediately by bank transfer and to give them a picture of the transfer. This seemed very odd. We had agreed to pay the following day as that was the day they were supposed to be installed so my husband said no and the person left. We were given a totally different app to my friend which is very difficult to read and I can't see what energy, if any is being used in our house and what is going back to the grid. I am disappointed with that to say the least. A trickle of energy was generated. A few days later the panels stopped working completely. My husband rang the company and they said they could send someone out in 2 weeks to look at it! After speaking to them he did get a call back with an earlier date. They are now fixed but the app is still hard to interpret. I feel we didn't get what we thought we were getting overall. No one explained that we would have a different app and I find it hard to judge what energy is being saved by using the panels. I would be slow to recommend Activ8.

top notch very effcient nice lads doing the job

Harry and his team arrived on time. Harry explained the job in detail and made us feel at ease. The team performed their work without any disruption to our property. They were finished in 6 hours and Harry explained the system operation and function of each component to a high standard. We are very pleased with the system installation.
