An efficient,professional installation. A very well managed/organised company,great attention to detail and to satisfying the customer. Little issues and queries are attended to with courtesy and a desire to do everything to a high standard. Overall we had a very pleasant experience dealing with Active8 and we are certainly delighted with the installation and the whole process.

Activ8 provided all of the required information and guided me through the whole process, from the initial visit to the installation. They were always friendly and helpful, and the installation was very neat and tidy. The panels are now working away very effectively.

The installation team were very good. Professional, prompt and courteous. They were 5 Star. However, a large boom truck was left in our driveway once the job was complete. The boom was there from Friday until finally picked up on Tuesday. We were never told this would be left at our home. This forced us to park a car on the road as the boom took up a large portion of our driveway. And the car that was forced to be parked on the road was hit by another car and scratched. This will force us to pay for a repair. If Active8 needed this Boom to remain in our driveway for the weekend, they could have just asked for our permission. When we spoke with the Boom truck owner on Tuesday, they placed the blame on Active8, saying they were not notified that the Boom was ready for collection “until 4:45pm” even though the job was finished by 1pm. Again, the installation team was excellent. But overall this has caused us financially and we would have expected much better from Activ8. Chris and Gillian

Process could not have been easier, from survey to install, particularly the crew that did the install were outstanding, cheerful, friendly and professional. No mess no waste... outstanding, a superb representative of your business.

The team arrived on time and were done and dusted within a few hours. The running of the system was explained clearly to me. They took care of all the grant application paperwork. A reliable company. No mess. No fuss.

From the first contact I made with Activ8, I found them to be extremely responsive and easy to deal with. Everything from the first visit by Frank to the techncial team fitting the panels, to the BER consultant calling, Activ8 made the process so easy and transparent. I would definitely recommend Activ8.
