Highly recommend this company. Great to deal with. Oliver was very helpful answered all questions we had about the solar panels. Great instructions given on how to apply for the grant. Solar panels and all fittings were done in the same day.

The initial contact by your sales person was positive, i felt that i could trust him. The contract was initiated and signed with an agreed date. The installation was started on the agreed date and completed within two days. I selected Westquay Energy as the solar panels were efficient, one-sided suitable for a roof with a 30 year preformance warranty. The inverter is reliable with a 10 year warranty, double some other products which gives piece of mind. The price was competitive and the solar system is on track to pay for itself in 5 years, even taking into account the electricity supply reduced tariffs I have at present. The feed in tariff is a game changer in terms of payback. Most projects have some hassle, but Westquay Energy minimised this with a seamless grant process, where they accept later payment paid directly to them. Arrangements were made behind the scenes with electric Utilities and works agreed, scheduled and completed without any delay. The solar panels were positioned symmetrically on the roof, which is pleasing to the eye and the explained fixing arrangement is secure and weather proof. The electrical work is neat and tidy and was carried out with minimal intrusion. The app which shows the electricity production of the solar panels and consumption / export to grid is interesting and well designed. I am happy to recommend Westquay Energy to anyone who would choose to use there services and I look forward in future years to adding batteries to my installation. Well done Westquay Energy
