Great service. Had an 8.5kw ground mount installed (no battery) and its working well even in the Autumn months of September and October. Oliver was great to deal with and really gave great advice. Install was professional, tidy and painless. Thanks to the West Quay Energy team.

We had 14 Solar Panels installed by Joseph and his professional team. The team arrived as scheduled and where efficient, tidy and friendly. Our electricity bills have been significantly reduced. Westquay Energy provided excellent service when they visited our home, discussed how solar panels would work for our family and when installing our solar panels. They were timely, efficient, and at all times courteous and professional. They left everything extremely neat and tidy and explained all aspects of the installation in detail and were available for any questions. Additionally, the follow-up customer service was fantastic: something small went wrong (through no fault of anyone) and was dealt with very promptly. We could not recommend them highly enough.

Had PV solar panels fitted by Westquay. They were actually installed and working ahead of the scheduled date. Joe, Ollie and the lads were really great to deal with, and had answers for any questions I had. They left the place as they found it too, taking the time to clean up after the installation. Would genuinely recommend these guys.

We went with WestQuay Energy because they are a local company and a neighbour used them and liked them. Oliver did a thorough inspection and provided really solid recommendations and a detailed estimate of the costs. WestQuay called a month earlier than we were scheduled and installed our solar array over the course of a day and a half. They were efficient and did a very clean job of installation with minimal disruptions. Oliver, the sales rep and energy specialist, is super nice and really gave us a great overview of how it all works and what to do and not to do. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and very likable and trustworthy. He supervised the jobs being done and made sure everything was done right. He also dug the trench for the wiring himself! We are very pleased with the experience and are looking forward to cost savings and contributing to the clean grid. And with a local company, if we have any issues or questions, they will be right here to assist.

We found out about Westquay Energy through a friend of our family, we had been considering investing in solar panels for several months, but we felt nervous as we had heard of so many companies that were fitting panels but had no experience when the system did not operate correctly however this was not the case when we contacted Oliver, the sales manager for Westquay Energy. Oliver came out to meet us at the house, took his time to listen to all our experiences, concerns and put a plan in place to give us the maximum return on our investment of solar panels. Two months down the line our house has been installed with 15 panels and an EV charge system. The professionalism and the soundness of the installation teams was second to non. The jobs that were carried out were fast, efficient, and very neat. We would have no problem in recommending Westquay Energy to anyone who is looking to upgrade their home energy systems. We are delighted with the system that Westquayenergy proposed and installed. The installation went smoothly and the solar panels were up and producing energy in no time. Everything was explained to us in detail and all our questions were answered patiently. Their different teams (roofer and electricians) did a fanatstic job and we especially appreciate Oliver's advice and continued support with the settings.

I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. We had our solar system installed by another company which we could not get a hold of for days even weeks on end. We got in contact with Westquay and although they stated that their company policy was to not intrude on other companies work, they came out to us and saved us. Joseph is such a helpful and well educated emplyee of Westquay. He not only informed us about our system which the installer failed to do and couldn't be bothered to help us, but he got our system working the way it should have been working for the past 2 years. If you walk away from this review with anything, it is do not go to anyone else for your solar system. Go to Westquay and have it done correctly the first time and avoid the hell we went through .
