From my initial contact with WestQuay Energy to the installation, we received a fantastic service and excellent communication the whole way through with Oliver, Shauna and Georgina. Oliver visited our home and went through the proposal and explained the grant process. I signed the contract and requested an earlier installation and luckily managed to get a cancellation. The prices are competitive and the installation was completed the same day by a very professional team. Very happy!

Amazing experience. I have renovated a house and built this house and never met a company like them for customer service, time keeping, they were early each time they said and the one time they had to be q hour late we had both a call and email to apologise for the delay. Literally could not recommend them highly enough. I have already passed their details on to 3 people.

All the staff we very professional and helpful. The works were completed on the suggested day.

From the first consultation I found Westquay very efficient and informative. They talked through what would work best for our house and family. The aftercare support has also been useful in relation to using the app. And the office staff were very helpful in completing paperwork for the grant. Overall I would and have recommended Westquay for solar panels.

After making initial contact with Westquay Energy the process of moving to solar was effortless. The staff at westquay were extremely helpful and nothing was too much bother. When the schedule was set out it was followed exactly as planned and the follow up visit to the house was very helpful and informative. The price for the project was very competitive and I would highly recommend Westquay to anyone who is thinking of moving to solar.

WestQuay Energy fitted a nice Solar PV array, complete with car charger for us here 3 weeks ago. 3 Roofers and 3 Electricians made the long trip from Mayo to Kerry, all up and running in 6 hours, start to finish. Over the first 3 weeks, the system has generated enough units to match the consumption of the house, the electric car and it even had a surplus of 120 units left over. WestQuay are a great company to deal with, quick to answer all pre & post-install queries, highly recommended.

From my first contact with Westquay energy,( walking in off the street) Shauna and Georgina in the office, they were extremey helpful, diligent in all the information I was given, and patient. Oliver came to our house shortly after and assessed what we might need. He was warm, informative as to our options , and reassuring without being at all pushy. One felt he took his responsibilities to his customers seriously and indeed in the weeks since, installation and set up he has made sure everything was in order for us. The technicians who came to install worked quickly and cleanly , no fuss , as did the electricians who had no small job to do with our difficult to access attic ( for battery) and quirky electrical set up. The headman worked tirelessly till the job was complete. I could not recommend the company highly enough. It is also a huge bonus that they are local to us . Their rates were very competitive and service to date exceptional.

Wasn't the most straight forward Instlatation with our house, roof and grant application but the folks at West Quay Energy were great throughout, Top class work and engagement through the whole process. Delighted with everything.

We recently installed solar panels on our roof. After some research and word of mouth recommendations we decided to engage WestQuay Energy to carry out the works. Our confidence in this company was well founded. From the start they were very helpful with advice as to the best system to meet our needs and made sure all our queries were answered. Works were carried out without any inconvenience and the job was completed in one day, despite unfavourable weather conditions. The finish is neat and tidy. The whole team, with Oliver Killeen as frontman, contributed to completing the job without any trouble. On this basis I highly recommend WestQuay Energy.

Very efficient, went for a ground mounted system, all the workers came on the days they were scheduled and got the whole system up and running very quickly

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Such a fast and efficient service. Oliver arrived when he said he would, gave us all the info in simple terms and answered all our questions. We had 16 solar panels fitted within a week of our first consultation. Could not fault installation, everyone (electricians and panel installation crew) all turned up on time and were done and dusted in less than 5 hours. Inside and out were left perfectly clean and tidy. Oliver returned as promised to go through the app and answer any remaining questions. They made the grant process so simple. I would definitely recommend WestQuay energy, fantastic service. Looking forward to seeing the benefits.

WestQuay provided a great service from our initial engagement with them through to installation and handover. They were competitive on price and very helpful when answering questions regarding the quote / install options (ground/roof mounted) / grant process etc. We used their 3rd party energy consultant to find the best rates from energy provides and switched based on his recommendation. The installation team were very professional and tidy with their work. I would highly recommend WestQuay Energy.

The Company installed 14 panels on our house last October. Panels have generated 400kw by the end of December, so we are very pleased with the output. The work was completed very professionally and to a high standard. The company rep Oliver dealt with all of our queries. We are happy to recommend the company to anyone looking to get solar panels installed. The entire operation was completed in a day and a half and disruption was kept to a minimum. Oliver sat down and explained everything very clearly and patiently while assessing what suited us best. They are very discreetly fitted to merge with our roof and the electrical work was left very tidy. We are getting a better than expected return given that it's winter. Can't wait for March onwards. Our October-November bill was significantly lower.

Many thanks to WestQuay Energy. They were a very friendly team who were super efficient installing our solar panels and hot water system today. Full explanations were give about using the system. Plus a great bonus they cleaned everything up afterwards. Thank you very much Jo, Oliver and the gang.

would like to thank Oliver and the team for the 1st class install. Dealing with Oliver from start to finish was seamless and always picked up the phone prior to install if I had any queries. They arrived on the date they had me up and running the following morning. My huawei system is 7.65kva (18 panels & 10 kwh batteries). The app is user friendly and since install we have barely gone to the grid for any units, (running off our own electricity generated). I would highly recommend westquay for anyone looking to get quote and install solar system.

We have no hesitation in awarding a 5 star review to WestQuay. We received great advice and talk-through with Oliver, followed by a competitive quote, before ordering. Work started on the day they said it would. A team of two roofers and two electricians had the 5kw system installed in 2 days. They were all very friendly and pleasant and there was minimum disruption. House and garden were left as they had found it. Joseph came to inspect; he fully explained the tech side of things before signing off. The whole kit looks well too. (P&F)
