Very professional in all aspects of what they did at the house inside and outside.

This is an extremely efficient operation. Panels installed and the whole system up and running in 24 hrs. Guided through the whole process from pricing, fitting and grant application to a full explanation of components and how best to use the system. Very impressive and professional operation.

A complete pleasure to deal with. Professional from beginning to end. A flawless installation. Arrived on the day they said they would and completed installation in the suggested timeframe. Went out of their way to do the installation the way I wanted it done and place equipment in the areas I preferred. Extremely neat & tidy and they made a point to completely clean up at the end of each day. Each member of the installation team knew exactly what they were doing. By a long way - the best experience I have ever had with any project I have undertaken or with any contractors I have employed. It was a great bonus to have a single point of contact in Joseph. Very informative and Joseph was able to answer all questions I had. All necessary documentation was provided both in Hardcopy and Electronically on completion of installation. WestQuay took care of everything from beginning to end of installation of 10Kw Solar System with Batteries and Water Diverter. Step by Step guide provided for Grant Application. After sales support was excellent. I had some questions weeks after installation and WestQuay were quick and happy to answer and help with my queries. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend WestQuay to anyone thinking about a Solar Installation. Thank You. A pleasure from beginning to end.

Just had our solar panels fitted and installed by Joseph and his team of roof fitters and electricians have to say very happy with the speed and quantity of the work arrived on the day and time as stated and all work finished on time as promised found all the lads very helpful and answered all my questions Joseph could not do enough for me and i am very thankful and happy with the system would have no problem recommending Westquay Energy

We just had our final handover this afternoon with WestQuay Energy. From the first time I reached out to them for a quote, to this afternoon, they have been a pleasure to deal with. No pushy sales people and all questions replied to in a timely manner. Friendly office staff that listened to all my concerns and made sure I was happy with everything before signing up with them as our installers. The also sent an email to me with all the instructions for making the Grant Application online, it made the whole process very easy. Once that was approved, WestQuay deducted the Grant amount from our invoice so that we didn't have to pay that €2,100 out to them, and then wait for the money to come to us after the installation. We were able to choose WestQuay as the beneficiary of the Grant payment. We found that not all companies offer that. As for the lads that came out to do the installation on Wednesday last, they were here on time, very polite and got on with the job at hand. Before leaving they swept up and took all the rubbish with them when they left. The app that allows us to monitor the system is very easy to understand. They weren't the most expensive, nor were they the cheapest, but they were the company we were happiest and most comfortable to go with I highly recommend them if someone is interested in getting solar panels installed.

Had a great experience with Westquay, the lads were quick and efficient when doing the install. All knowledgeable and could answer any questions that were asked about the product.No problem with installation or the system. They gave me time to get some work that I needed to get done and then did the handover and clean up after this. Would highly recommend anyone using Westquay and people looking to get Solar in the future
