Ridiculous customer service, very stressful trying to deal with staff who are not able to resolve anything,caused so many issues for us (not payment related) just bought a house and we're trying to get a new meter in and they have now stalled for 4 weeks and will keep you on hold for an hour easily

Price hike of 30% mid contract on the same month the government gave us an allowance due to high energy prices.. we won't see one penny of that allowance with Bird Gais

Their service man did a service on my boiler, after which my boiler broke, and then they charged me again to fix the boiler that he broke at first place. Do not recommend.

You are putting across electricity Disconnection Notices to ESB Networks, simultaneously you are not answering your phones... On hold 11 minutes only to be hung up on..

Absolutely terrible , just phoned to discuss my bill , I was switched on to "customer care " I was told the waiting time would be 115 minutes , I thought It might have been a mistake so I waited 35 minutes and then hung up . Ye are a disgrace

Has to be one of the worst companys in the world! To cut a long story short Had me paying electricity for a different house in the same estate for 2 months,u could not make it up ,shambles

They need to change their number (01) 233 5000, I rang and rang and rang and rang and rang and rang, but to no avail. No voicemail set up, no directory set up, nothing. How do they expect to keep customers when you cant even get in touch with them?

The worst customer service I've ever experienced, from missing my application to handing up the phone on me, I've even tried to make a complaint and that wasn't logged I'd avoid them as it's just a waste of time

If I could give minus negative stars less than zero, I would definitely go for it. Cant talk about how bad they are. Worst company ever.

Terrible service. When there’s a bill to be paid they are onto you over and over until you make a payment. When they owe you they don’t answer and delay payments for months

Took money without my consent even though bill was already paid. Then lied to me about how to get it back via the bank to get me off the phone. Will be switching asap

Continued to take direct debit despite the account being closed 1 month. "Level Pay" is only level for 3 months then they adjust the direct debit. Shocking company to deal with. DO NOT SIGN UP

Never in my life have I experienced such horrendous customer service. Do yourself a favor & choose literally any other gas provider.

It just genuinely does not get worse than Bord Gais. An absolute classic of a shambolic Irish business.

Disgraceful I phoned them and I got answering machine saying I’m 10th in the cue waiting time 40minutes so I waited then an hour goes by and the phone went off so I phoned back now it’s saying I’m 25th in cue..what a joke they are
