Horrendous engineer named Craig. If he comes to your home, ask him to leave and get someone else sent out. Gas worked, need a part, Craig attempt to replace and now no heating. When questioned he couldn't answer and left. Shameful

THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM IS TRAGIC. CUSTOMER SERVICE IGNORES ALL PROBLEMS. FOR FOUR YEARS, THEY HAVE CHEATED ME, NOW THEY HAVE TO GIVE ME EUR 269.50 AND IT'S ALREADY TWO MONTHS FIGHTING THEM FOR THIS REFUND. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL NEVER EARN EVEN A CENTA FOR ME. YOU LEAVE THIS VERY BAD COMPANY IMMEDIATELY.

WORST COMPANY EVER! I'm giving them one star because I can't give them less than one. They only want to get all the money possible from you when you don't use gas at all! (Heating is broken!) Leaving the current house where I live at the moment and we have to pay for the last bill (ONE MONTH bill!) more than last month (TWO MONTHS bill!) When WE DON'T USE GAS AT ALL. This company is simply SCAM. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM.

Been with this company for awhile now. Customer Service has always been helpful and only experienced minor issues. Considering the size of the company and staff to train, they’ve done a great job overall with us.

Punctuality,professionalism and the service took max 30min.

The customer service is comical - if you want a good laugh ring looking for assistance! The worst ever. Avoid at all costs.

Renewed my Elec and Gas online, very easy proccess and got a great discount.

3 years with a faulty metre and not one agent you speak to is educated enough to know whats going on. Im gonna request all calls and emails iv made over 3 years and take it to the smalls claims court . Dumbest company iv came across.

Mother only got gas boiler serviced 2 weeks ago boiler making alot of noise rang gas company to get someone out was told by gas company that they won't send anyone out until bill paid mother told them the bill not arrived yet so she was told there sending them out now so when she payes it they will send somone out to fix it as it is still under guarantee. My mother is 77 and now has no heating until god knows when SHAME ON YOU BORD GAIS and in this cold weather

Waited for 20 min and explained the issue to the core but still the action is not yet done. Not sure how many time we should keep calling them to do their work properly. Very poor customer service support.

A truly appalling service. I did eventually get through by phone to a human being and only took three times so perhaps I was lucky. Even then I found it made no difference. I may have to get onto Energy Regulator.

THEY ARE THIEVES! Making charges with no sense. I've receiving bills for over €400 in an apartment of just 2 people living in... there is nothing broken on the apartment they just charge huge amount without explanation.

Bord Gais are seriously the world champions of frustrations! - they keep putting you on hold without telling you, call conviniently dropped for hte 3rd time, I asked the advisor to explain the rediculously shocking bill price.. since I have been travelling, and haven't used any heating for months, and barely been home long enough to keep the light on for more than an hour or so a day, for weeks.. still getting charged 65 euros for gas and 65 euros for electricity for the second month in a row.. inspite of having been out of the country for more than half of both months.. and not having used any heating etc.. spent over an hour trying to call them, waiting, being on hold.. 3 times I got through to someone, but only long enough to provide my phone number, mail, address, info etc, and ask about the bill, before the call conviniently drop out..

Wrong number never answer. This is there actual number 012335101. They charge you a standing charge of €120 per year and this is supose to be a standing charge for service and maintanince which iv never seen a maintanince guy out to my house its a joke they just over charge what a rip off

Using prepay meter topped up by 500 for my heating, prepay card will only accept 250 so put 250 in meter to then go back to shop to get additional 250 euro, my meter was faulty had to get a new meter, then had to sent old card to killorglin co kerry for refund 5or6 months ago to get my refund, I was told I have to do 3 more top ups before I can get my 250euro credit and when I do the 3rd top up my 250euro would automatically go on my meter... Never happened and im ringing left right and center only getting a switch bord that I'm waiting for a call from someone in bord gais not happening either.. Not happy I think it's time for a solisitor.....

What a bad company. They kept sending me bills for a house i wasn't living in and they don't understand anything i have requested and done it the other way around
