Honestly the worst company to deal with costumer service is non existent recently purchased a new home and only with them two months and they are billing me for previous owner/tenants outstanding bill have provided bank and solicitors letters proving recent purchase only to receive a reply 10 days later saying it’s not enough they need more information honestly steer clear I am literally just changing providers.

Trying to solve a problem with a wrong bill of €900 for three months now. Terrible customer service.

Just so. Don’t like having to call Dublin on a full rate line. Should have 800 number for queries etc

Bord gais has the best customer service they have the best price gas in town their the dogs bollex you wont get better any where else.

Disgraceful. Waited 15 minutes trying to call them. Nobody bothered to answer.

I suggest you employ people who can speak English in your customer services department, very very very very very very very frustrating to put it mildly.

Reasonable and a lot easier
