PV generation first class job. Thanks to all the team the sales, technical, office staff, panel installers electricians and after service to download the app. We also installed the Eddie and we have hot water all day even at this time of year. We are also have a surplus that we are exporting to the grid and getting paid for. We should have invested long before now. Would not hesitate in recommending PV generation to anyone. Mairead Adams

It was easy to order the solar panels, the initial consultation was clear and accurate. It was also easy to contact pvgen at any point for help or information. There was a pre installation check which meant there were no surprises or issue during the installation. The installation itself was very quick and the lads were lovely. I'm very glad I went with pvgen

Our solar panels have just been installed. We found the process very easy and stress free, PV Gen handled everything from the grant application to the BER assessment. Everything was explained clearly from the initial consultation to the installation. I found them to be very responsive and efficient throughout the process. The installation itself went very smoothly and the guys were friendly and professional. Overall a very positive experience so far, and would highly recommend them.

From the very first call too PV Gen my experience has been flawless. The office staff were very helpful with any questions i had. They accomodated me for the install date when i was free and the install lads were very good at their respective trades. From the start to finish it has been a pleasure. I would highly recommend Pv Generation.

Fantastic service. Ten installation team were well organised and were on time and completed in a few hours. Support from the office prior to installation was very good, clear descriptions of what they were supplying and what preparations we need to do. 5-Star Solar Experience, right from the get go everyone was professional and friendly. I love that I can actually see how much power is being generated through their app. The PVGEN team were helpful and kept me informed of each step. Sys installedJan 2022. Since install the access to the Apps to review the usage, import and export of data has not worked. The issue worsen to the point there was big gaps in the recorded data. I request support for a year and got little progress in resolving the issue. Then the recording of data and access to the App stopped completely. I was sent request for Support from PVGEN and was directed to deal with the Supplier of the inverter Goodwe. I disagreed with this and requested support from PVGEN Technical to call to my house. They did not send support. After nearly 2 years of issues I final got the issue resolved via one of the support person calling to the house.

A move into the unknown for me. Had a prob with the Black Box in the metre Box. Twas turned the wrong way for 5 months. Had no hot water/electricity from the panels. When that was sorted hot water aplenty. Still would like training on how to maximise my use of my electricity. I'm only learning from others in my situ. PVGen should be running courses regionally to help their customers maximise their own use of power generation.

Installation took one day, days before work started we were kept informed.Their team were tidy and finishing looks professional 👌

The team arrived on time and immediately set to work and fitted the solar panels in a shorter time than we expected. They were all very helpful and pleasant in answering questions and explaining things including the app. They tidied up and removed any rubbish when finished. All in all excellent.

The Sales person was excellent, the installation team came when they said they would and did a good job, though probably could have been a bit neater with the cleanup. The only real gripe I have is that I still haven't heard anything about the BER appointment and it's been almost 9 weeks since the installation was complete. If I was given a date, even several weeks out, that would be better than hearing nothing. Having installed the panels in the middle of winter we're not getting much of an impact on our electricity bills (a 10% reduction maybe - between 1 and 5kWh per day from the 12 PV panels). I'm sure it will start to pay for itself when we get into the Spring.

We had 8 panels installed by PV Generation on our house in Rosslare in August 2022. Since then our electricity bill has been ZERO. Indeed our current bill, to Mar 17 2023, shows us still being in credit to the tune of €100. We've also managed to export a total of 700KW to the grid and been paid €130 for the privilege. Best money we ever invested!

Very organised and always very friendly. From start to finish I felt well looked after, and any question I had, anyone in the company I talked to, I was always helped. I especially appreciated the fact that PV Generation did all the paperwork, it all worked out without a problem. They also arranged the BER assessment after, I only had to arrange a date for the assessment with the BER assessor who contacted me, and the report was sent to me as soon as PV Generation got it. I'm really happy with the service they provided!

On Jul. 11th PV Gen installed a 10 panel system on my roof . Job done quickly, efficiently, & neatly . App installed on my wife's smart phone. A couple of weeks later I noticed that no data was visible. Spent hrs. on the phone with Jair trying to rectify it. Eventually we got it sorted. Jair's patience, understanding & commitment went beyond the call of duty. Surely an asset to any company!!

A big thanks to PV Generation for an excellent job. From the initial meeting with Eoin to the final fix all good. Would highly recommend. The whole process was very easy.

As far as I am concerned, I have wasted 16000 euro. Big delay from when I signed contract to actually getting the panels installed. The orientation of the panels looks like they were lashed up, handover and explanation of how to operate the system was very very poor. BER rating was actually lowered after spending all that money - one thing this company do well is hounding customers for money. I would tie your BER rating to payment of closing balance and I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

I've been meaning to write this review for months. I first made contact with Eoin Walsh of PV Generation in October 2021, Eoin arranged to have a survey done on our house. When the survey was completed we discussed the various options that would be most suitable for our needs. Decisions were made, quotation received that was competitive, agreed to proceed. Installation was completed over 2 days in November 2021 by a very professional team of installers and electricians Any queries or changes we needed to make since installation have been handled in a most professional and helpful manner by Alanna Garvin. Great to find a company that offers such a good service ,and a particularly good aftersales service. That's what really counts in the long run.

Very efficient service from start to finish. PV Gen were extremely helpful and professional in all dealings from the original quotation through to BER and grant paperwork. There was a full inspection after works were completed with items fully addressed to ensure full compliance. Overall, a high level of service.

Despite the initial delay trying to locate the earth rod, everything went smoothly on the day of installation. The lads arrived at 8/15 and were finished by 1pm. They were so unobtrusive that I hardly knew they were there. They were very pleasant and helped to set up the app on my phone. One of the lads even rescued a starling trapped in my attic, for which I am very grateful. I would highly recommend PVgn.

From start to finish the service we received from PV Gen was excellent, beginning with Stephen Healy who called here to explain the process. Stephen handled all the paperwork and then the installers arrived and they were both friendly and professional. We got an additional 8 panels this year and again the the service we received was second to none.
