Josh was our initial contact, he was very clear and informative about every aspect of the solar panel installation benefits and process. Everyone else we've dealt with since has been extremely helpful, professional and efficient. We highly recommend using PVGen for your solar panels.

The PV Gen experience from Day 1 to install day right through to the post installation has been a fantastic experience. A very professional outfit to do business with. The installation of roof panels ,invertor and Eddie system was top class tradesmanship. Worksite was left in tidy condition. From sales meetings with David, survey by Aidan, electrical install, cant recall their names, and final install by Aidan and assistant. All polite courteous and very tidy workers. I have been really impressed with PV Generation, the installation and general communication. You are doing a great job and should be given a 5 Star. However, the huge problems with the Huawei App is a real negative. The downloading of the App is a huge mission and most people will fail to install it without help. I tried to install the App on another phone with the help of your Tracey and we both failed!! Secondly, I am travelling in South Africa with zero communication with my App. I am told "there are various regions in the world where Huawei shut off communication". I am seriously frustrated and my view is you should have a more user friendly App. Tim Chennells. Kinsale.

I had a 10 panel system installed yesterday. I am very happy with the service received from PVGen at all stages. Initial contact was followed up efficiently. During the rep’s visit the process was thoroughly explained. Costing was transparent. The timing of each stage was made clear - and in reality things happened as promised. Installation was efficient and followed by a very clear handover. Big thank you to all involved.

I too am extremely satisfied with the whole level of service, the only issue on the day was finding the earth spike, but my friendly electrician who happens to be retired came to my house and found the spike, this is one item the pre installation visit by engineer should put on his check list. The only major issue was installing the app, I have android phone Honor 50 and i failed to receive the emails for setting up the app, but my wife who has an iphone had no problem getting the emails. She forwarded the email to me and I have had no issues since. Seamus Harrold

Panels installed over two years ago and have not worked for any length of time. A faulty unit was installed in electrical box and was replaced soon after initial installation. The system is still not working and this has been the case from day one. Have been making contact over the last two years and they keep passing the book. Have been using as much fuel as always so this has been a complete waste of time and money installing them. This is surprising considering the salesman telling us about how exceptional the system was going to be. Have regretted this purchase since the day of installation.

I am delighted with the solar panels installed by PV Generation. Once we decided to go with them the installation was very quick. The team that came to install were very efficient. The app is fantastic as well as it has definitely made me more conscious of how to save energy! Thank you PV Generation

5 stars company from start to finish I’m very happy today panels installed thanks to Natasha from customer care who was ver helpful and made me feel very at ease. Dara , Andrew, Conor, ere the young lads who installed the solar panels and they were more than helpful and set up the app for me before leaving. I’m definitely recommending this company to friends and family as their work is top rate.

I’m greatly pleased with my experience with PV Gen. From the get go to final BER everything went very well. The panels (12) were installed very quickly as were the Eddi, Zappi, battery and ancillary equipment. Two months since installation and everything is going as expected from a company at the top of their game.

Our journey to solar was made very easy from start to finish. Mark visited our house and explained the system in detail and the process of installation. The installation team were very professional and had the job completed within the day. The system is producing our normal daytime needs even though we are in December. We would highly recommend PV Generation and their team. Thanks for a job well done.

The installation teams were incredibly efficient in how they worked. The very friendly crew showed us how to work everything between the app and the controls. Any time we've been in contact with PV Generation they've been friendly and helpful. We feel a lot better about our energy use in the home and we're making a lot of savings!

I simply wish to record my absolute satisfaction with PV Generation; they turned up on the appointed date,carried out the installation on the day and left my house spick and spam. All the five staff were very pleasant to deal with. PJ O C

we recently got 17 panels installed on our home, the men that installed them were all very helpful and done an excellent job. i got 3 companies to quote me and even that PV Gen was not the cheapest Mark the sales man could answer any question i had and he explained everything, and afterwards if i msg him he was quick to reply with any other question i had and helpful advice. some departments/people were slower getting back to me and replying to my email. hopefully they will work out good for us. i would recommend PV Gen if your interested in pv panels.

Everything taken care of in a professional manner from initial costing to installation. All in-house job. No sub contractors etc.. From the moment I got in contact everything was worked through with incredible efficiency. The day of the install, a team of 6 turned up at 8am and were finished by 1:30pm. Incredible.

Very happy with the service from sales guy to engineer to installation team. All very nice, easy to deal with and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

The installation team arrived at 7.00am and by 9.00am the 6 panels were installed (I would have liked to have more but that was all that would fit). At the same time the internal pieces, inverter etc. were being installed and tested and all was finished, the place tidied up and the installers on their way to the next job, all before midday. All in all a satisfactory experience

Excellent service from start to finish. Sales Rep explained everything in detail, installation went without a hitch, huge savings on electricity costs. We added more panels 6 months later, and once again, everything was first class. I have also recently received the €250 referral payment for a friend's installation. Great company

We had problems with our battery and inverter during October. We found Jair in Tech Support very helpful. He worked extremely hard on our behalf to resolve our difficulties. He explained what was required in order to restore our system. He guided us patiently through every step. He kept us updated at every stage . He went above and beyond to bring a resolution to the issues which were ongoing for a number of weeks. We consider Jair to be an invaluable asset to the company.
