We contacted PV Generation in early October from Mark arriving on site to Natasha in customer care everything went smoothly.Engineers arrived on site Monday 8.30 AM installed 18 solar panels electrical and paper work complete and off site by 12 noon all up and running unbelievable team work. From the initial consultation I found the team very professional. I had priced a number of providers, but I found PV Gens scheduling and timetable very clear with a concrete indication to each of the processes. The team were very knowledgeable and I found their advice very helpful. The day of the install the team arrived on time and were very efficient with all the equipment installed promptly. The equipment used is of the higest standard and I confident it will stand the test of time. I'm very happy my power generation since the panels were installed and am considering installing more panels on my garage in very near future. Definitely worth the 5 star rating.

I recently had 8 Solar Panels installed. After a lot of research, I chose to go with PVGEN. Mr Tony Diamond came to my house to survey the works. He met with me on 3 occasions at my house to answer any queries I had. Tony was very forthright and honest and gave me the confidence I needed with the decision I had made to proceed with the installation. The installation was scheduled within 4 weeks and the installation took just 4 hours. The fitters were very courteous, clean and professional. The app that I use along with the system is very user friendly and informative. Great Job. Very Pleased. Michael.

We decided to get solar panels last April and contacted three different installers for information and quotes.PV Generation Ltd we’re head and shoulders above the others in all aspects.From the first meeting with Mark who laid out in easy to understand language the benefits of Solar panels to the excellent customer care from Natasha we couldn’t be happier with our choice of using PV Generation.Installation was done in a day.Since then our electricity bills have been significantly reduced and hot water even now in November,coming from the solar panels John O’Boyle,Monaghan town

From our initial quotes from different companies we chose PV Generation as the salesman (Joe Long) was very professional. He didn't offer the hard sell (which we hate) and tailored our Solar panel order to suit our costs and usage requirements in an easily understood and efficient way. We had five different quotes and I only wanted to order from this company after them. Also because of the type of panels they use are of a superior brand to those sold in other companies quotes. The install was quick and painless, so thank you to the fitting team from Monaghan. I'd also like to thank Jair from Tech Support who helped me through the set up of the app, after the install. I found PV Generation very easy to deal with. They explained the whole situation re panels, installation and outlined potential difficulties. On the day of installation the team arrived on time and completed the installation very quickly. They explained the set up and use of apps for panels and Zappi. From point of contact to installation and hand over it was stress and hassle free. My installation was in early May 23 about 6 weeks ahead of scheduled date. In two days my solar panels were commissioned and generating power. To date December 23 my system has generated in excess of 3 MW. On these dull December days 3.5 - 5 KW are generated. I didn’t buy an eddie as I have an AGA cooker which heats water cooks our meals keeps the kitchen and living room warm for the winter my months, it also drys the laundry. I also have a smart day/night meter which is utilised effectively during the winter months. For these reasons I didn’t buy a battery. These were the main reasons I chose PV Generation as there wasn’t the hard sell I had from other her solar panel companies who insisted I needed both Eddie and battery. My system is ready to install both should I need them in future. Any query I have is dealt with speedily and efficiently. I would recommend PV Generation as a Solar PV company.

Very happy with them even on a very dull day they have generated some electricity. Waiting for our first pay back from our Electricity supplier as some day it showed quite a bit of money

PV Generation's customer support from day one was excellent. Very responsive. Darragh and his installation team did a super job, half our panels are mounted on a slate roof and half on the ground. Thanks to Mark for his ongoing consultation and excellent customer support and to Natasha and others for liaising with us during the installation.

Great company. The whole process was explained by a lovely lady at their display at the Ideal Homes exhibition. Soon after this we had a visit from Joe Long, from sales, who gave us an accurate, itemised quote for a few different PV options for our home. A site survey was arranged soon after this. There was never any pressure to commit or sign up at all. The survey was done & left entirely up to us if we wanted to proceed or not. We were kept informed about when we could expect the installation. The installation was very efficient & stress-free. The teams of roofers & electricians couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. We had a few follow-up questions after the install, and Joe was great, emailing back straight away! Cannot recommend the company or the product highly enough!

I wrote a review here three weeks ago, saying how unhappy I was with the after-service from PV Gen as the eddi system makes thermostat overheat valve pop. My engineer, plumber and insulation guys all had the same problem funnily enough. Engineer says it’s the set up of the eddi. Doesn’t matter though - the point is that Pv Gen wrote responded on my trust pilot review, that this was less than expected of their expected standard and to email them. Which I duly did. A week later….still no reply. Honestly…that’s how bad the after-service is. They don’t even reply after reading and responding to a complaint on trustpilot. Shocking. Vote with your feet people.

We noticed that the inverter was not working and it was showing a utility loss error. I spoke to Jair in Tech support who guided me through various fixes. I'm delighted to say the problem was solved swiftly with Jair's help. His time, patience and knowledge was second to none. A credit to PV Generation.

I must say I was very impressed with the professionalism of all the people involved in the setup and installation of my solar panels. The cabling from the roof area to the garage was so neatly done that I had to go looking for it. All in all would highly recommend PV Generation

The installation guys did a nice job installing both the PV panels and the electrical installation. The system meets ~ 60% of my electrical consumption and I get paid for the excess I export to the grid in the summer months so great savings. Any query's I had were dealt with promptly by the customer support team so delighted overall.

We got in contact with Joe in August about Solar Panels and he was very helpful and informative. Yvonne made contact with us to organise a site survey and then we got prices where we then agreed to get panels. Alanna contacted us earlier in the week to confirm that the electricians would be here on the 17th of November and to say the fitters would not be there till Friday, as there were completing another job. The electricians arrived 8am, Ger,Karol and Alex, and got to work straight away. They did a superb job and were very courteous. They cleaned up all the area afterwards ,and Alex went through the system with us, and explained everything. The fitters arrived on Friday as per schedule and started fitting the panels. Brian,Dave and Tony were very helpful and cleaned up all the area afterwards. I would definitely recommend PVGEN for Solar Panels, everything was neat and tidy. I can honestly say that purchasing my new PV system from PV Generation was singularly the most pleasant and efficient purchasing experience of my life. Every single staff member I encountered from Robert Arnold to Niamh in the office along with all of the installation team were super efficient and friendly. The entire staff could give lessons in how to achieve great customer satisfaction. I'm absolutely delighted with my new PV system and feel very confident in recommending PV Generation to anybody.

We were pleased with the installation. Jordan was on top of his job and always responded to any queries or issues. They were also quick to come out and sort the issues. A few notes to improve upon. They should be aware of how every eneregy operator looks at how and when they are going to apply fed in kwhs. Left a few wires loose around the attic area . Not sure either how to check if every panel is working as it should. Feedback on this would be great.
