PVGen rep Joe Hobbs, Christina in the support centre and Aidan on the panel installation team were a pleasure to work with. Installation and electrical teams did their job quickly and efficiently. The electrical team in particular had to do their work in our tight attic space on one of the hottest days of the year, without complaining. Despite this they did an outstanding job with no mess - you'd hardly know they had been there, but we are seeing the benefits of the installed system straight away. 100% satisfied.

Good information prior to purchase. Really PV did everything regarding grants etc & always followed up any queries we had. The teams on site were excellent, polite,helpful, tidy. Happy to recommend PV Generation

It took a bit longer than I would have hoped to get the PV's installed from the date that I confimed my order, but the lads who carried out the installation were excellent. The external roof workers & internal electricans were very thorough & efficient. All complete in a day and very tidy. Very pleased with the service. Would happily recommend PV Generation.

PV generation installed our solar panels nearly a month ago. We are very happy that we chose this company. From the first visit of Joe Long to follow up care from Laura and Christine to Dean & Daniel who finalised the process, we experienced the utmost in professionalism. Our phone app tells us how much electricity our panels are generating, how much is going into the battery and how much is going into the grid. This generates not only electricity but at least for now, plenty of interest and excitement!

My new system was installed 2 weeks ago. The installation was faultless. The employees could not have been more helpful and their professionalism was to a very high standard. The system is working perfectly but it's time those who are making the effort to become carbon neutral are rewarded by receiving payment for the excess electricity we are generating. The Government must fast track this issue. Full marks to PV Generation.

From the initial meeting where we discussed the benefits of solar panels to the survey and then installation I knew I was dealing with a very professional and reliable company. All aspects of the work were carried out to perfection. I am now looking forward to savings on my home energy bills.

We had a very positive experience with PV GEN from the initial conversation to the review of the site and the installation of the system. Aside from the wait ( which is understandable at the minute) of 18 wks from deposit to on site - survey, on site - panels and finished - electricial (3 sep visits), the process is actually wonderfully smooth and surprisingly quick on each visit. And straight away, I had an app which shows how much is being generated (140kw in 12 days). So I am a very happy customer and have already recommended PV Gen to a friend and a brother.

PV Generation recently installed a solar panel system in our house. Everything was explained to us in detail, but in plain language so we could easily understand the technicalities of the system. They have knowledgeable, friendly staff at each stage of the process, and the tradesmen are are prompt and tidy. I would highly recommend PV Generation if you are considering installing solar panels.

I have had a really good experience with PVGen. Bought 9 panels and a battery. Ordering and installation process was smooth. Tech support and grant application support has been excellent too. Everything is working smoothly and I can’t complain

The installation was installed on the agreed day very efficiently and neatly. We were very pleased with the speed in which the whole job took. We were given a comprehensive explanation on the operation so there are no reservations on our part on using this form, we are very satisfied customers.

Excellent product, very happy with the yield and reliability of the panels and system. Some teething issues with the logistics however these were rectified quickly by PV gen team.

PV solar system was installed over a year and a-half ago, not one issue with the system. The installation job was completed in 1 day with the house left spotless. Would highly recommend this company if your are considering reducing household energy bills.

I decided to install PV panels and selected PV Generation on price and impression that they would do a good job. My house is old and presented some challenges, however these were all dealt with professionally. I asked about battery storage - they could offer if I wanted but they didn't believe they were economical. I did some figures myself and saw they were right. A 'hot water diverter' was a standard item included, I didn't want one and they deducted the cost and omitted it. A professional outfit. Vincent Murphy

System supplied is excellent equipment (Huawei inverter and battery storage system). The after sales (5 x weeks after its was commissioned) is not what I'd expect. I've not been furnished with statutory certificates etc and when I called I was told they are all being retained by PV Gen to process grant application. I honestly expected to be furnished with technical manuals and certificates instead of them being held by others. On the positive side the kit is performing as expected and all good so far. Perhaps all will come good in the end... And hopefully it's not the end for me!

Update, Friday 10th of March. I finally recieved my BER today. Update, Fri 24th of Feb. Laura from PVgen has contacted me, she has explained a lot of my complaints away, and for this I am extremely grateful. There was a mix up with a few things, which have been sorted. I am still waiting for someone to contact me regards the BER, which unfortunately is an outside company and not in the hands of PVgen. A massive thank you to Laura for ringing me.........I signed a contract with PVgen on the 28th of March 2022, which included them applying for the grant from the SEAI on my behalf. I paid my €2000 deposit on the 30th of March. I received an email for grant approval on the 8th of April. During my discussion with PVgen on the 28th of March, I was told that it would take approx 12 weeks before the work was carried out, which turned out to be much longer. Months passed by when eventually I was told my panels would be installed, they told me they had to give me different panels as they could not get their hands on the original panels.I was then told that the job could only be half finished as they had no Eddis in stock because they couldn't get them. Eventually, in November, the Eddi was installed. Part of the contract was a new BER inspection and rating for my home, which to this day, Friday 10th of Feb 2023 I still have not received. A guy rang me in December to say he was coming out to do the BER, but never did. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were very good at their job. The salesman who called to my door on the 28th of March was very good at his job. The workmen who done the actual instillation were very good at their job.

Overall service and product was favourable. Terrible customer service and misleading referral scheme…. Non existent basically and were incredibly rude -post sale when we queried this. Engineer on the day was very helpful so the after sale really let it down which is a shame. Referral scheme or lack of- put me off the company.
