The installation of the Solar Panels and the connection to Fuse board was handled very professionally by the 4 PVGen reps. There was minimum disruption and the PVGen installation crew were courteous and informative. Have the Solar Panels for less than a week now and our initial reaction is of satisfaction. Will be in a better position to rate the Panels in 9 - 12 months.

The cleanest, most informed, and polite crew I have ever dealt with during a home improvement/installation of anything. We are still getting to know our PV technology and Martin and Joe have been responsive, highly communicative and patient throughout. Deeply impressed by both the sale, install and follow up. The team at PV Generation recently completed the installation and commissioning of 7.5Kw solar array on my garage roof. The system is integrated with the under-floor heating system in the house and the whole process from start to finish was expertly managed by the team at PV Generation. A big investment for the future but I'm a very happy customer and looking forward to the system helping us reduce our energy costs and our carbon footprint

Painless and thorough installation, super quick with a competent, obliging and courteous teams. Even though we are only in spring the installation is more than giving the quoted savings and lashings of hot water. Top quality components, support and service. PV Generation were an excellent company to deal with, no pressure from the sales agent, in fact the opposite. BER cert,and other paperwork, was handled by them, no delay in receiving grant. Very pleasant and efficient people to deal with.

Very easy to do business with - Found their details online along with others, got quotes from all. Found PV easiest to deal with and low pressure. They outlined the process clearly and gave me time to decide. Fitters and Electrician were a pleasure to deal with. Good experience overall

PVGen was so professional and helpful to my husband and myself as we began searching for solar power options. We decided to go with them because of their product quality and professionalism. Installation was so fast and effortless (on our part!). My husband loves watching his app as we consume our solar power and so little off the grid. We almost completely power our EV with solar and figure we’ll be saving 50% on total energy costs! We would recommend PVGen to anyone looking into solar power. Thanks guys!

I can only advise anyone looking to install a PV system to avoid this company, having had an initial survey (which all went well) and paid a deposit, a second technical survey was completed without any problems and I was told in 6-8 weeks installaton could be done, after 8 weeks no information was forthcoming and then I was told there was suddenly an earthing problem (this was tested with no complaints during the survey) I e-mailed and called them with no success. Then I was told they could only fit 7 instead of the 12 panels we had contractually agreed on. Despite the major changes to the agreed contract the lack of communication was quite unbeliveable, even after e-mailing the directors to complain they didn't even have the common decency to give me a reply or return my calls. They displayed a level of unprofessionalism I have seldom encountered in a commercial operation, I did eventually get my deposit back but only after I threatened with litigation. An excellent example of how not to run a company.

Very easy to deal with. Enquired online and had someone out very quick to check the site. Panels were installed with no impact to the house and BER assessment was ordered by them asap. I would definitely recommend PV Gen if you are considering have solar panels installed.

The entire PV Gen team are professional and pleasant to deal with. There was a delay in completing my domestic installation, but now that it is completed, I am very pleased with the job. Well done PV Gen.

Was the best investment what I did. Today I have also a elettric car what i can charge it with the pannel. The staff of PV Generation was very professional from start to finish and assistant you in any time even after the job as been done. The installation as been done in less then 8 hours, the guys made a brilliant job and they explain you everything and answers you every question before they living your house. Every year i safe more then 500 euro in my electricity bill.

Local Support in Cork was the absolute key, to successful installation. We had 100% confidence in the local teams, and they delivered in an organised, professional manner.

I found PV Gen very helpful, efficient and tidy. They installed the solar panels and equipment in place as they committed to doing on the day. No fuss and everything working perfectly 2 weeks later.

I had 8 panels fitted, electricans arrived about 9.30 started fitting electrics straight away followed by roof fitters all where very neat and tidy all done by 4pm system up and running app installed on my phone a big thank you PV GEN very professional highly recommend them

Great service and install completed by PV Gen. Recently got 12 panels installed. Very impressed by the overall experience and delighted with the results.

I am happy to say that the solar panels on my roof, commissioned on 2nd September 2022, are working perfectly. It was good to work with the team across the various stages of the process, from start to finish, including Yvonne, Riona, Noel, Lynn, Natasha and Christina, with Ozzie and Steve who worked on the roof, and with Paddy and the electricians.

I have nothing but good things to say about pv. We had numerous informative phone conversations which in reality cost pv money, but it was more about giving me the correct advice than getting the most financial gain on there part. The lads who arrived to fit the panels were efficient and informative and very pleasant to talk to and explained everything down to the last detail.

Very professional service and installation was top class. They were in and out in less than a day and gave a very thorough explanation and details of the system setup and function.

Yet again, the lads did a great job with installing extra panels for us. PVGEN are a first class company, highly recommended.
