Nice employees and very helpfull. They found solutions to every issue i had.

Very bad experience with Beko service I have bought a washing machine. It broke 6 weeks after I have bought it. I have contacted the shop, which send an email to Beko. Nothing happened within a week. I have contacted the shop again, and they have confirmed that they have email-ed Beko straight away. I have contacted Beko directly, and they said they would send someone within 24 hours. It's been another 4 weeks, no one ever contacted me. It's the worst scenario ever. Don't buy from Beko, their warranty team is very unreliable.

Very fast collection service. Great liads of staff to promptly complete your order.

I was in desperate need of a new desktop computer for work after mine broke down. I needed a good PC that can handle CPU and GPU intensive tasks. I called into Currys and they had a number of desktops on display. I spoke with a member of staff who went to check if the PC I chose was in stock, it wasn't. I then selected a more expensive computer, the staff member went to check and came back to inform me that none of the PCs on display are in stock. Needing a computer now, I asked could they sell the display units. They said no, that because they are available to order, they cant sell the display units. It would take 3-5 days to arrive from the UK and I would have to drive halfway down the country again to collect from the store. I took a chance and popped into Argos a few doors down. They had the same PC I wanted, 3 in stock, with slightly better specs for €200 cheaper. The process took 2 minutes compared to standing around in PC World for 30 minutes. I left Argos a happy man, getting what I needed and saving money at the same time.

Went to this store on the 24th of November 2019 around 17:30pm (Mahon retail) to buy a mobile phone. The girl who served us was an Indian. I know the name but I don’t want to share it here she was very unpleasant and arrogant acted like she owned the store. while she was serving us she was continuously ignore us and kept talking with her colleagues going here there she acted like she don’t want to sell the product to us. Very bad experience very bad customer servics very rude attitude. Not recommended to anyone. If I can I would give zero star to this store for the service.

Impossible to get in touch with over the phone. Nobody ever picks up. Paid €2,160 for a laptop in store that I still haven't received. Been waiting for 2 weeks now. Nobody has contacted me to tell me where my laptop is.

Ordered a tv on the 23rd of November it's now the 11th of December still no tv. Logged on to my account to find it's on hold. Called into my local shop to be told they couldnt help me and im not the first person to come in with this problem. Emailed them a few times no answer back not even a reply to say they got the emails from me. Rang customer service today and they didn't have a clue what was going on. Tried to tell me the payment didn't go through! Only for me insisting the payment was debited from my account they eventually found a link to the invoice on their system an hour into the phone call. Pity I can't post no stars because they don't even deserve one. I won't hold my breath on getting it this side of Christmas. It's my son's present!

Purchased a tv from this store that I realised had a broken screen once I opened it. I returned to the store the next day and the tv was replaced without fuss. A member of staff even brought the damaged tv in from my car and brought the new tv out for me. Very pleasant experience

Can't give no stars unfortunately. Had a number of items reserved including a 65 inch curved 4k tv coming to a total cost of 1900 euro. After receiving a call that the items were available earlier that day I went to the store to pay for the items and organise delivery (60min drive to store) . I was told that the model TV I reserved was sold out and only the display model was available. I was informed that the model had been on display for 8 months (This works out as 12hrs/day x 7days x 32weeks = 2688 hours usage or the equivalent of 2years usage for normal people). I was still interested as I had come a long way for it so I asked to speak to a the Manager to negotiate a price as the member of staff I was dealing with was going to speak with him anyway with every question I asked. The Manager (bald English guy) approached my wife and I with a stern look on his face and looked annoyed he had been dragged away from his very important job of standing in the corner talking to other members of staff. Long story short he informed me I had to pay full price for everything regardless of condition and would not even include delivery for free (40 euro). I also tried to get a warranty for the TV instead of a discount (350 euro for 5 years was the offer they had tried to sell me earlier) and no he would not do that either or anything similiar. I told him he could keep his items and left. Ended up getting the exact same TV and other items from Amazon for 1400 euros plus 35 euro delivery. I recommend only using Curry's to view items you are interested in and purchase elsewhere as they have little knowledge are rude and obviously no idea how to treat customers

Not usually one to give a poor review but surely if an item is out of stock (especially at busy times like xmas) a simple note on the display item saying ("out of stock currently, apologies") would suffice instead of a person wasting 15-20 mins waiting around for a staff member to become available and inform of the fact, especially when the member didn't even need to go back and check, he just said it there and then without so much as thinking leading me to assume it's a known fact among everyone.. it can't be that difficult to implement this like. Took me 25 mins to get in and leave the store when a simple note on stock would have had me in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Beware if there is a fault with something u buy here they won't replace it. It has to be sent off for repair. Don't ring their helpline cos they'll encourage you to try things out first and wait to see if it works but if it's within a month of buying it bring it straight back. This includes if u have insurance. They will send the same thing off 3 times before they will replace it. Shocking.

Was trying to call to ask about product but line just keeps going dead .had to go to different store not currys

Went in looking for a new mouse because my last one died. Girl in red fleece was extremely rude and unhelpful and even had the audacity to walk away when asking her a question. Thankfully was helped out by a nicer guy who helped me get what I needed. 5 stars for him, 1 star for your one.

Probably the worst attitude of staff towards customers I've ever experienced. Went to buy an oven no interest what so ever in what l had to say or what l wanted. Very unhelpful too. In contrast l went to Harvey Norman's and met a very helpful young lady. Will NEVER go to currys again. Terrible experience

No etiquette for the staff. We feel lost in the store. No one to guide you. The staff are pseudo busy. Don't go if you seriously want to buy something. Good for window shopping.

Just dealt with two very rude members off staff, teenage boys both, working in the gaming section. Complete and lack of manners, nevermind customer service. 15 years ago I would of been in their position working as shop floor assistant, I would never talk to a member of the public so rudely. It reflects very poorly on the young men's charachters. So, suggest you invest in some staff customer service training.

I bought a new smart TV in your store in mahon point yesterday the 5th of January and was served by a very pleasant young man named Jordan who made the whole experience a pleasure. He was so helpful as I had been in before Christmas asking questions and finally took the plunge yesterday he was very kind and even carried it to my car thank you for the fantastic experience I will be back if I have any further purchases to make.

Ordered on order and collect so i wouldnt have to hang around waiting with children. Arrived to find it wasnt ready. When they went to find one item it wasnt there. Just said it... ... rather than ask if i needed help finding a similar replacement. Ask to speak to manager......Could do with major customer service training.

I went here to have a look at things for price. I went to help a family member who wanted to buy a new android tablet. I decided to buy a small item myself and went to the check out. The American lady serving me was so rude. I put my item on the counter, she looked at it, then me, then she proceeded to talk to a lady behind me who seemed to be collecting an item. She checked through my item, then talked. I thought she was talking to me as I was the customer she was meant to be dealing with. I even asked was she. She says no, I am talking to someone else. As I handed over my money she continued to talk to the other customer and look at the lady. As a sales assistant she should have dealt with me, the customer she had before engaging with the customer behind me. Her customer service to me left a lot to be desired. I felt as if my purchase that was not much was not good enough to warrant her full attention for the two minutes it would have taken her to deal with me. If I was buying something here again and that lady was on the till I would wait to be served by someone else and if no one else showed up in my time there to work on the tills I would wait to buy the item another day or buy it some place else. The golden rule of any business is the customer is always right, to keep the customer happy. Also, the young staff who dealt with my family member who was buying an android tablet gave her incorrect advice on how to get WiFi from her home broadband onto the tablet once she would take it home. To set up her tablet took me about 6minutes at her house. PC world who charge to set up a tablet for someone would have kept it over night meaning you would end up having to make another trip to the store for something someone who can work a tablet can do for you in a max of 10 minutes in your own home. Anyway once they set up your tablet you would have to put your Internet WiFi on your tablet yourself anyway. Without Internet a lot of the set up of your tablet cannot be done on PC world as they do not have your email address or its password or WiFi on your tablet.

A good place to get household appliances. Always got some sales which make prices very competitive. Most of our big appliances are from here. Located near several other useful shops and would also recommend getting a coffee in the nearby coffee shop.
