Waited in line for 20 mins to pick up an online order. One guy on desk, finally get served and they don’t have my order ready so he calls warehouse. In the meantime another guy comes in with an online order next to me, the guy serving (think it was a manager as he was in his own shirt) him goes to get both our orders (surprisingly the exact same order toaster and kettle ) and comes out with 3 toasters. He pretty much whispers to the other guy that the kettles are gone and he can have the display. And then looks at me and says sorry they’re all out of stock. I was in such shock that he intentionally whispered so I couldn’t hear ,so I walked right out. Absolutely disgraceful. I had been waiting a total of about 40 mins and the other guy about 10/15.

Friendly, helpful staff, very polite. As long as you do not go in expecting to see their full online stock range, it's grand.

Very disappointed about the product delivery. I didn't get any message or call about the prosponded delivery.Then I got the delivery after 3 prosponded dates. Finally received wrong product. Very poor and pathetic service received ever in my life.Never recomend.waste of money energy and time.

Might have good prices but customer service in store is absolutely shocking, no one seems to know what they are doing there.

Very poor . Was trying to purchase a laptop , a printer , a surround sound bar , and a coffee machine. So I was spending a bit . Asked for help on the floor , I'm busy with customer I'm busy with customer was the reply abruptly. Saw two guys with shirts and ties ( staff ) yapping away by the door no help offered . So the items i had in my hand I left on the floor and walked out. I want to Harvey Norman's and they couldn't be more helpful. Purchased my items here . Won't be back to Currys . Harvey Norman's all the way.

This is a good place to pick up anything electrical. Gigantic showroom; all the latest tv, hi fi, cooker, washing machine, fridge, audio, PC equipment. Parking is easy which is important when lugging heavy electrical goods. The store gets uncomfortably hot with all the TVs switched on, and when combined with the bright fluorescent lighting and constant noise, it can get a little bit like sensory overload. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. HOWEVER, and listen to this carefully, when the item you bought breaks down, Curry's strategy is to route you to various underpaid call centres around the globe , where communication is at best almost impossible. The objective seems to be to frustrate the caller until they give up! After 30 mins on hold, and talking to a lady in South Africa for 5 minutes, where both of us could barely understand what the other was saying and the delay on line was about 5 seconds, the advice was "take your tv to a repair shop we can't help". Like a scene from candid camera. This is my second encounter with Curry's after sales customer service and I can safely say I'll never ever buy a TV from them again!! Once again, if something breaks down and you need customer support, Currys will break your heart. Thumbs up to some of the floor staff, they can be really helpful and friendly.

A store waiting to close... staff did not want to help customers 🙄. They spent 20 min talking in the middle of the floor. I went in looking to spend allot and when I realised they had nothing in stock I walked. Harvy Norman's is allot better.. dont waste your weekend.

Bought a cordless Vax hoover from Curry's but they do no sell the battery separately. they are a known consumable for cordless hoover. Think it's ridiculous to not sell them. Asked in store and they couldn't give me any info on where to buy a new one.

Just tried to find out about a product online.. the phone rang a couple of times after going through their rigmarole and just went dead. My husband rang on his phone and then I did. We just wanted to find out when currys deliver a cooker do they take the old one away.

Not usually to give a poor review unless it is! Bought a brand new TV with broken screen upon opening the box. Definitely a factory/store damage. Brought to the store but the foreign manager accused us for the damage saying that the fingerprints on the screen caused the crack! How could you lift the telly without leaving some fingerprints? CSI? Sent us outside the door saying cannot replace/refund. Not even an offer to repair even on our cost! What a disgrace customer service especially by the manager himself! We have been their loyal customer for 5 years and this is how they treat us? Gone hard earned a week wages to the now useless telly and an arrogant unhelpful manager! Hope ye get more money by robbing the customers! Great at selling something but don't care if you have a problem. Well done CurrysPC World Mahon Cork City.

Store very messy and all tvs not turned on in order to view for purchase. Prices seem ok but atmosphere in store needs improvement

Drove up this morning because my PC Crashed last night, was met at the door by a Polite and friendly staff member who asked me what i was looking for then directed me, next i spoke to an Aisan man called Allane who took the time to listen to me and really went out of his way to help so i came away with exactly what i wanted in under 15 mins and was again greeted by the same person on the door who said thank you and take it easy going home. That's how everyone should be kind and helpful, it goes a long way so thanks PC World for being open on a Sunday and being helpful and polite

I think I visited this shop at a bad time. Was very busy. Was put on a list to be attended to as I wanted to get a tablet. After a 20 minute wait I asked another member of staff who said I could get the tablet at the cash desk. I am not sure why I was put on a lost to start with and was a waste of time. Staff seemed friendly.

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I ordered a product on the 9th of January and 2 weeks later its been lost twice with no update nor response from currys I will never order online from Currys again.

Horrible staff to deal with

Very hard to find a staff member to help me with a purchase. When I did find someone he told me he didn't know much about dishwashers because it wasn't his department,so much so he didn't even know where the integrated dishwashers were in the store for me to look at. Seem to be seriously under staffed.

Very Bad customer service. I bought phone from their store online. There are some technical problem in my mobile phone include loudspeaker and volume . I contacted to Currys online team, they refereed me to their retail store. But Retail do not take responsibility, the reason they said I did not bought from them. I contacted again online support team the advised me again to go to retail store cork but the refused me again. Such a worst customer service. I would recommend everyone do not buy any currys PC world products .

Great service and advice from the staff. Bought several items and they were delivered when we were told they would be. More than happy with their products. Would highly recommend this company.

I got someone else's in store receipt. From Units 5 & 6 Mahon point retail park cork null. This is not mine as I live in Australia. So if on the 24/02/2021 at 12:14 you brought a ACER ASP5 i511 25 Bl for €599. I hope you enjoy it.
