Impossible to get through on the phone. Nobody answers. Tried ringing the 1890 number to get them to pass me through to the store and they couldn't get an answer either. Surely with their high tech products they could devise a better customer service call answering service or even an online chat helpline.....

Unhelpful staff member who gave us wrong information on what was and what wasnt in stock. I even asked her if it was available in any other store in Tipperary or limerick and she told me they didn't have a limerick store quick Google and found a limerick store and was able to order and collect my new dishwasher

Ok shop to take a look at with a wide variety of electricals. Prices are very competitive comparing online retailers. Only issue I have is the staff, levels of English, pronunciation of words difficult to understand, levels of technical knowledge limited on products. The constant hounding from staff makes the shopping experience uncomfortable, every minute your approached by staff ' Can I help you ' is can I just get a sale from you, not actually help but sell. You can't just stand there look and compare. Hounding of sales staff makes me leave without buying. Tip: check price on Pc world/ Curry's website as it can show different price as to in shop price, if showing cheaper online, request that price, seen this a few times.

Still the most overpriced shop around with the most meh staff. They are more focused on chit chat amongst themselves than helping and learning their jobs... That's what you get to when you only can exploit students because only desperate students would work in there and once they get the first pay check and realize where they are, then, they stop giving a f***... Like we would all do 😂

Went to buy a laptop with debit card but for some reason the charge appeared on my account but not claimed for by Curry's. They called it a shadow charge, said it would be back in my account within 2 days max. My 2 options were to come back after 2 days and buy laptop again, or just buy it again now meaning a double charge until the shadow one is reversed. I went with this option. It took 7 full days until the shadow charge was reversed, not 2. To make matters worse their call centre agent in SA told me I have to call my bank to deal with it (wrong as it turns out), and the folks in the Mahon store do not answer their phone, having tried multiple times to reach them. Overall an extremely disappointing experience. I should have checked the reviews before choosing this store.

They had wath I wanted in stock and was delivered within 3 days great service.

Absolutely useless customer service. You almost have to try and coax an employee into helping you. Then when I tried to buy a product they informed me it was only on display, they had none in stock and would not be getting any ordered in. Baffling.

Bought a laptop for my son for his engineering college course on September 20th. Paid €1250 up front to be told we would have the laptop within a week. We contacted PC World the following weekend to be told the laptop was ready to be picked up but when we got to the store we were told this was a mistake and that the laptop would be a few more days. Its now October 21st and still no contact from PC World only generic replies saying that due to Covid-19 they are experiencing delays etc etc. Why sell a product and take €1250 from a 19 year old college student if you don't have the stock?What's really annoying is that in 2018 we changed all our kitchen appliances and the fridge had to be replaced twice but the amount of phone calls and emails it took to resolve the issue we swore we would never again shop there but unfortunately we forgot that Curry's PC World don't do customer service. Their so called 'Team Know How' should be renamed' Team Don't want to Know'.

Overpriced, I've been to other electronic stores with meter prices for the same products. Or better yet just order groom amazon, even if you pay for the fastest shipping you'll save money.

tv showing online in stock for in store collection, arrived and waited half an hour for service despite staff chatting amongst themselves in a quiet store, then to be told item is out of stock, wasted my time. cork mahon store.

Worst customer service - in fact - no customer service at all there. I was there with my wife twice in the last 2 weeks - to buy a desktop with a large budget as its a new business - and couldnt get one customer service representative to speak with. Ill be shopping around and spending our money somewhere else this week.

Had to return a TV ordered on line. The young man who took care of the return, found a TV with a satellite connection I needed at only a small extra cost. Brilliant service

Too busy, not enough staff, polite enough but queued for service then queued for till only to find stock records wrong and items not in stock. Told to order online. Waste of 30 minutes for quick query and attempt to purchase

ZERO STARS NEEDS TO BE AN OPTION FOR REVIEWS The absolute worsed company to deal with. Understaffed, and the staff that are employed there couldn't care less about cistomers. Their online ordering system is a joke as all orders are shipped from the UK plus the use DPD, who couldn't find the nose on their own face, as their courier.

Staff here just don't care or want to show anything. Was looking for a television. The TV I wanted was out of stock fare enough asked for what TV was equivalent then was pointed in a vague direction. So I just walked out and went into their competitors and bought a TV so they missed out on €400 I ended up saving €110. Maby if I was buying a €1500 TV he might have been different

Lots of areas and options to look at. However, it is badly organised. The staff are quite rude and more than once pushed passed without saying 'excuse me', and one really smelled badly of sweat/BO. Theres better stores with better offers.

Store service is good, always quite a wide variety of stock and if they haven't got it they can order.

In 2013 we bought a washing machine + extra guarantees. The washing machine is broken 2 weeks ago. For 2 weeks, we have suffered from fatal accidents. This is usually a depopulation of money for guarantees that do not work. We have already paid 30 euros for the phones announcing the problem. Usually thief!
