Not happy with the customer service. Ordered and paid for a product two and a half weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. No one answering the phone either. Any one else have this issue. This is one of the reasons I don't like shopping with this shop. Gave them a second chance but nothing has changed

It is an owsome place to buy electronics. They will pay u back if you found ur item cheaper than their price . Excellent behaviour of staffs. Almost everything on display , wide range of products available.

Never again will i buy from Currys. I bought a tv online that doesn't work properly. Its almost impossible to get through on the sales helpline and ive been waiting over 3 weeks for replacement tv. Frustrated and angry now

Impressively bad pricing in general. Occasional deals despite this. Clueless staff. Here, like in most Irish pc retailers they sell lower spec versions of the same laptops available in Europe/the uk but at the same or greater price. Not so much of a problem with big standardised items like Mac or surface products but caution is advised when buying anything outside these.

Huge variety of products at great prices. Helpful, knowledgeable staff too.

If you're familiar with the way Currys Work.prices.you Will know how they operate. Always look back on the price on a product on special offer a minimum of three months previously. They could Be trying a fast one. This is against the law

Returning an electrical product told I had to join a long que .. 2 people serving while loads of other staff walking around doing nothing, then they say can i help you when i tell them i want to return my product they reply oh I can't do that you have to wait in the que 🤔🤔 so why did she ask me when I am already in that que !!! Eventually when i do get served 40 minutes later i get accused of damaging the product .. Honestly the worse shop I was ever in stay a million miles away from here.

I paid for a laptop to be repaired and was told it would only take two days.i hadn't heard back after a week,so I called in the the store.only to be told the only employee in whole company that could fix laptops was out sick.my laptop hadn't been done and I could be waiting up to two weeks for a job which originally was to take two days.its unbelievable a company with 'pc' in its title has only one employee who can fix "pc's'.what happens if he decides to seek other employment or is on holiday?.I think I'll have to try Harvey Norman, hopefully they will have more than one employee who can help me.

I'm actually disgusted with myself that I did not fist check to see all the terrible reviews for currys. Bought a washing machine in the mahon point store less than 2 weeks ago, installer hadn't a clue. water leaked everywhere after he left, didn't even check to see if it was working. Machine not working and being sent from pillar to post now trying to resolve it. first insisted on serial number (receipt of course wouldn't do (it's in a rental property which makes it difficult) then contacted number only to be given another reference number and told we have to call to the shop in person. I already had called to the shop (over 25 miles away) to be told ring customer service, as they were not dealing with any customer service issues on Black Friday. I have been on to customer service who have said I need to call in in person. Why bother with additional delivery cost when you can go to the store 3 times I would never have bought from them if I knew the service was this poor. Making it impossible for customer to contact them

TV department had very poor knowledge on the TVs. For example didn't know what stutter was with regards to watching 24fps films. Thought it was to do with resolution. When I told the sales person I could get the TV for less in Harvey Norman was told that the Price Promise would only match the Price. Why would anyone go to another shop only for a price match. Also had to collect a reserved item which took 20 mins to get.

Large warehouse full of gadgetry and gizmos. Browsed happily without being harassed by staff. More expensive than I expected though, their prices prompted me to do some more shopping around.

Avoid. Ordered kitchen appliances and changed the delivery date in store and they rescheduled it without consulting. Tried over the phone again same result. I won’t be back as they don’t listen to customers. Ended up having to reschedule other appointments to suit them.

All electronic equipments under one roof. Special offers at times. Customer friendly staff. Very helpful to chose any product. Provides insurance too and arranges loans too.

Waited 10 minutes to get hwlp, asked a sales person for information, said he'd get someone. Waited a further 10 minutes.. No body came to help me. Walked out of the store... Going to spend my 1000 euros on a laptop in another store, if they can't be bothered to help... What would the after sales be like? Curry's Pc World lost at least 1000 euros.

Some good kitchenware and such items available here. Very happy with an induction hob we bought, less happy with a fridge we got- it makes noises like the groaning of wild animals. The electronic IT items rank on the expensive side but still may be useful for items that you can't source elsewhere, even in Argos.

Don’t buy Hotpoint they are owner by whirlpool, so if they go wrong, you are dealing with a company that has zero customer respect. Most other brands will give you an engineer date and time, but NOT Hotpoint/whirlpool then have so little regard for their customer they expect that when their product fails you should take an entire day off work and twiddle your thumbs because they will not give you a possible time slot for an engineer until the last minute. I have a new Hotpoint dryer, not one of those been recalled that has the fault which might burn down your house; my one can’t burn anything down because it does not heat, so the clothes don’t dry. Unprofessional organisation like Hotpoint should realise their customer are mostly hard-working people and we all work hard to earn our holiday, so its not fair that we have to waste a full day of our hard-earned holiday because whirlpool is unable to organise it schedule in advance to give customer rough time slots, most of their competitor might give you a morning or afternoon time slot, so you only loose half-day, but not whirlpool they don’t care because you already purchased their defected product so its now your problem. I bought my Hotpoint because it was recommended by Currys, I was even told by Currys that is some thing goes wrong the manufacture has great service; turns out this was all …………………..

Do not buy anything online they take your money and you dont get the product. Dreadful customer service emailed them twice no reply. Spent 40 mins on the phone to be told the product was on hold and they dont know why. Company is a joke!

I needed to return a broken tablet Steven was the guy I had to deal with and I could only say, professional, quick, knowledgeable. He is the ONLY reason for the 5 stars if I had to rate Currys its self half would be too much.

Went to buy a desktop twice in 2 weeks and couldnt get a customer service rep to speak with. Left with 2 thousand euro in my pocket and spent it online with Dell - ps much better value on Dell.ie

Very disappointed with curry's I was looking to buy a tumble dryer on their website won't deliver and not in store. no personal touch. no Cork phone number 1890 premium phone number only and long wait times don't appear to care about customers service. curry's pushing me to amazon uk more choice and no hassle an sound sound store for white goods.
