Purchased McAfee Premium, got home to realise they’d given me the wrong package when I went to install it. Got home to install the now correct package and the store forgot to activate it. Emailed and no reply.

Recieved excellent care reguarding my laptop. The staff dealing with my small inquest were amazing and gave me a few tips on how to take care of my laptop in relation to antivireses. It only took 2 days. I am so happy. Thanks so all the staff at Currys PC World😃

Awfull customer support. Waited for over 30mins for someone to help me,only to tell me that they didn't have what I wanted in stock

No service from staff i will never go there again what i was looking for on website not in stock in shop staff didnt know what i was talking about not their area in shop when i actually got to speak to anyone so wont go to currys mahon point again

Got sorted, and even told me where to get an item that they didn't have in stock. Fair play and well done.

Sometimes the value is great but other times they refuse to honour the price on the label. Handy spot to walk around and see what items look life in real life but pricing can be mad and some sales people are pushy.

Amazing for kids who are board while parents are shopping and having a look as there are gaming chairs with pcs and headphones loads of them. Also has a race car game attached to a ps4. Loads of gaming chairs so no kid will miss out. Great prices aswell

Stood around trying to get attention of an employee to try get my item out of a glass case, 30 minutes passed in an overcrowded store (during a pandemic) with no available couldn't help because he was going on lunch. 2 stars because they actually had my item!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff at the '3' stand and customer service counter Was disappointed by the other staff/ floor walkers, basically kids without a clue. They steered me so far off of what I needed, I had to make a 2 hour return journey.

Good selection, reasonable enough prices and most of the staff appear to know what they're talking about. However, there never seem to be enough staff so you can end up waiting for a while until someone is free.

They use a central 1890 phone number that does two things: 1) Connects you to a UK call center 2) Makes you sit through a long intro to rack up the call minutes, which costs a small fortune that they pocket. On top of that, nobody picks up the phone in this store. Ever. Bad business practice.

Fantastic service from Thomas and his colleague from 'team know how' who were thoroughly professional in the handling of my delivery from start to finish, they unpacked my delivery, brought it to the kitchen, removed the old appliance and took away the packaging from the new appliance, i really cannot commend them enough, thank you from one very satisfied customer.

Staff member had to check the website to find out about the item I was buying. Then just walked off as soon as the purchase completed, a bag would've been appreciated when leaving a store with an expensive item.

I purchased a sodastream from this store. They do not exchange the canisters. You have to buy a new one. Sodastream touts its benefits as being ecologically friendly but this store is not. I will complain directly to sodastream about Curry's bad policy and service. Learn from my misfortune, don't buy from them.

Great choices. Awesome brands. May have to wait to get staff attention. If you ask, they may be able to offer a managers discount. Check the website for offers before you visit.

Did not have the object I wanted and when I settled on a different brand the price was not as advertised on the net agreed to take it anyway but although on display not in stock. Left with nothing, very disappointing experience.

Went there to buy a 75" Samsung TV. We asked for a few euro off seeming we were paying so much for the TV and the bracket. We were told by a member of staff that he didn't care whether or not the TV was sold. We asked to see the manager Radj. He was no better to deal with. Showed him my wallet. Still no concession being offered. Walked out went to Harvey Norman. The guy was brilliant. Matched curry's price and then some, knocked off a few quid off the bracket. Bought the TV.
