Very poor customer service. Not even getting the basics right in this store, if I come in and spend the kind of money I did then I expect some basics from your staff. Very rude and dismissive
Ordered TV online, living 10 minute drive away from the store. Have to wait 6 days to get it delivered. Sent them an email, no reply. Called them, voicemail gave me some site to go to and hung up. Embarrassing amateurs.
Never purchase online !!! This is second time my item was lost π (incorrect address) lost 2 weeks now No one will call or inform about the problem This is my last purchase it Curys

Forget phoning for any inquiry, You'll be left waiting only being answered eventually by an automated, answering, machine, which you obviously can't ask questions unless prerecorded answers will suffice ,the machine then gives the impression that it is ringing to get some human interaction, But in my experience I have spent all my pay as you go credit, just to make an inquiry which couldn't be made in the end (because it had cost so much)
Received a broken Samsung TV for Christmas as a gift. Was under warranty and still had all the box stuff in perfect condition because we had literwlll just opened the box. The manager accused us of damaging it ourslwour because there was one finger print on the screen, no where near the crack btw. Wouldn't repair or replace or refund the device under warranty. Wouldn't recommend anyone purchase anything there, cleaelc they don't believe the customer is right at all, even when they clearly are
Very very helpfull .i even got my purchase carried to my car by a lovely member of staff who only started that week but saying that any one of the staff would treet me the same as i shop there for any electronic device's i need .....WELL DONE
Went to return an item, cashier desk was empty of customers, but the girl who was sitting there said go to the repair and service centre (where there was a que) to do a return. They want you to wait, so that you give up and change your mind.
Even if it have a good deal it's hard to get the stuff, usually delivery more then a week to wait for it. On less its some packet size equipment then ok
Don't expect to go down there and find the items you want as most are out of stock!!! They need to stop promoting tvs and tassimos and get stock of everything else, most useless sale I've ever come across,
Because the staff are very helpful there prices are reasonable and the delivery service is second to none they were phoning me what time they would arrive and bingo they were Bang on time. Most deliveries Your waiting in all day
I was there early today and was looking for a staff member and they were almost no where to be seen. A few were looked like parented to busy or looking for something to do. I had hoped to asked them about external hard drives and desk top PCs but I won't.
I bought a jvc 50 inch tv just after Christmas this year in currys mahon point. Have had nothing but trouble with it. Sound and picture. I called into currys in mahon point to discuss my options. The person(female) who finally tried to address the problem, i had waited 15 minutes in full view of about 4 assistants prior to this, was unhelpful to the extent of rudeness . A good course in customer relations would not go amiss. She was in process of looking me up on computer for 10 minutes, taking in mind she had not asked for any details prior to this exercise.she was rude, her manner was obnoxious and was no help whatsoever in solving my issue. I left and will not be using currys again
Got to know what you want laptop wise or the staff generally will push the top priced machines on you, I do go back consistently as the selection is pretty good.

I bought a microwave oven originally packed with Kenwood, when I opened the box, I was shocked. In a box, an old inch in a brown company and not working, I do not have a microwave or money, and the store said I probably turned it myself. I teach you always have to open the box at the seller and CHECKππππ
Saying that curry's customer service is bad would be too high a compliment. It would infer that curry's actually provides any customer service in the first place. Its impossible to get anyone on the phone and they don't respond to emails. I've being trying to get them to process a refund for 3 weeks now and no one will even speak to me. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I have visited Currys on a few occasions but despite the wealth of staff it is rather difficult to track one down when you have a question. The staff appear to exist in a special dimension where customers are invisible and they must all stand around together for company. If you ever elect to buy something, don't expect the staff to interrupt their conversations about "last night" in order to serve the customer. Unless you need something immediately (well, relatively) you're better off buying whatever you want online at the usual suspects.
Best place to go when looking for electronics, you can battle to get staff attention though and a long wait since you have decided to take something. Prices are very good
