I called reserved and was meant to pick up but no one found my details and the email was not sent either. If the guys on the calls cant do the job neither the guys on the floor(waited 16mins for samsung fella) then go home or employ staff that can actually work.
Some items must be ordered online only..also, they don't answer their phone so you can check stick levels..waste of a 45km drive
If I had known that the after sales service was so pathetic and attended by people who blatantly told me that they knew nothing about 'computer problems' then I wouldn't have purchased my computer there. When I rang about an issue the waiting time was more than 15 mins.... of course I gave up! Guess there was no one on the other end anyway....
Sat in the q for 20 mins, got to the head of q only for a massive telly to walk in front of me and get to till.. Nice to see the cashiers/staff learn how not to have customer sense/service.. Worth paying the extra to visit a store that "cares" Avoid
Shocking service - was about to spend 2500.00 in 2 kitchen appliances - Managers attuited was Shocking so left and bought online with different retailer
Easy Parking and a fantastic selection of electronic products,but staff need to be more helpful.Have been here on a few occasions over the years and have always found that the staff need a course in customer service,but again that's my view on things.
You buy an item of 1200 euros and they don't even give you a bag...store of cork
Excellent customer service. Had to buy a laptop for college and had a budget. Ellen sorted me out with a HP. All currys staff were following COVID guidelines as well
Do not use Currys' installation service!!! They damaged the pipework under our sink causing a major leak. We couldn't use our kitchen sink for 2 days and had to pay a plumber to repair the damage caused. AVOID!
Worse place to buy anything.. Staff are no good and if you have to contact them the help line is worse... Waiting for 25 minutes on the phone and when I eventually got on to the help desk I was put on hold again and then they hung up..
Tired to buy a printer they had on display but none in stock, bought same printer in Argos instead. Tried to buy 24" computer monitor, none in stock so bought it in argos instead. Tried to buy an external hard drive, but yes you have guessed it...none in stock, so bought it in Argos instead.
Lovely store and fabulous staff, met a great guy named Steven and he went above and beyond for myself and my mam, thanks again 👍
Ordered tv online Samsung 43 inch,399 euro .went to pick it up in mahon point and the product code was different,I asked and the sales guy said it was the same tv different product number,went to pay and he said it was 499euro,Hello you said it was the same tv why the different prices ,then he went to the manager they didn't want to know so I just left and got what I needed in Argos.never again dealing with Curry's.

Good spot for the electrical/computer bits and bobs. I buy hard drives from them all the time. They have a very good returns policy.
very bad experience, service on kitchen equipment is terrible! even to viewers what promotions they have, I didn't get € 50, nobody answers the phone and hangs up I've been a loyal customer so far, but I don't think I will buy anything there anymore
Very helpful staff. I bought a kindle for my grandson. I was pleased with help I got from staff also it was cheeper then other shops
Dislike every one of their practices, from their silly greetings at the entrance to the every couple of minutes being asked if "I'm Ok". How about learning to start a conversation properly before approaching me . prices are comparable to everywhere else....
wouldn't even leave them a star just couldn't comment other wise. Baught a phone on the 29th of September in Car phone warehouse section of Currys in Mahon point and it kept freezing and Braught it back on the 19th of October and the manager was so rude he said there was nothing wrong with it I was like I can't plan the freezing it just happened he was like look a perfect to me also it would connect to Wi-Fi but after 10 minutes would disconnect again and wouldn't reconnect he wasn't having a bar of it he even connected to the Wi-Fi in the shop and it connected he was like it works I'm not replacing it he then said if there was an issue ring the number on the recipt which didn't work he gave 3 other numbers still didn't work there was a lovely girl in Currys in the end gave us a number to ring .while on the phone to them the manager of the car phone warehouse rang somebody and started speaking in his own language to them and then out of nowhere another manager appeared so this girl was from Currys she got me to explain what happened and she was like to the manager of the car phone warehouse to refund me as I was within the 28 days return he wasn't having a bar of it and eventually agreed to give a refund he was do ignorant even when the manager of Currys was trying to speak with him to refund it he was ignorant and smirking at her saying he wasn't afraid of her he wasn't doing what she said but eventually he did .If this is the way customer service is now with car phone warehouse they'll be out of business in no time such a nasty vile man
