Poor customer service and generally overpriced compared with others. Watch out for hidden extras when buying a laptop. Quote "We are sorry to hear some customers have been charged for a Knowhow Laptop Set-up service on their new machine when they did not request it."

My experience with Curry's Customer Service is I didn't get to speak to someone about an enquiry I had before I bought the product I was going to buy the only way I got to talk to someone was if I pressed 2 which was for if you brought online then I get told to go on to the website to talk to someone this is the worst Customer Service I have had to deal with it gives it's times for Customer Services but yet I couldn't talk to anyone so it's fair to say I did not buy the product from this company so that's why I gave them 1 star

Meets needs most of the time but not always lowest cost. Staff usually good and informative.

Try calling them for your amusement. The "smart" robot will eventually tell you "Visit our website or one of our branches" and hang it up. What a brilliant answering machine.

It's a nice store with a really good product range. A bit dissapointed with the staff. They just weren't that helpful.

Fantastic service by a very helpful member of staff, as I tried to choose an Alexa I was given excellent advice and recommendations .. Can never praise Curry's enough 👍

Under staffed spent ages just standing around waiting!! if it hadn't been for the guy from car phone warehouse I would probably be still waiting. Would of preferred to run in and grab what i wanted and get out

They have own "Great Wall " from microwaves...

Buying a new laptop. The salesman gave me lots of info and helped me to decide which one would suit me best. Not pushy at all, and didn't rush me at all.

Loved this place. It was like entering tech nerd heaven. Cameras, gaming, laptops, tablets, accessories and more. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Great places, a lot of options in all sections of technology. Good service by the agents available and ready to help. They explained the options without selling me garbage.

A good range of domestic appliances TV's and domestic IT gear. The online shop is good also. Have always found it a pleasant place to shop.

Seriously under staffed. Waited over 20 minutes for someone to help us. 3 other people ahead of us waiting also. Happy with the service once someone was able to help us.

Plenty of parking and a very wide variety of devices to try. Prices are competitive.However the staff are not very knowledgeable and you tend to see a high turnover of staff.

Good selection of electronics and appliances. Could do with more staff on the floor, kind of hard to get help if youre looking for something or need advice

Excellent customer service and advice from Jordan. Estimated delivery was 10-20 days but it arrived within 3 days.
