Staff are always very friendly and happy to help. Full of everything you need, and good quality brands, great for getting gifts.
Shocking customer service. I have been here three times over the last week, each visit worst than the next. Staff are fluttering around without any sense of direction.
Not one person of staff helped us or asked if we needed any. Went in saw the TV,s what we were looking for and walked out.
Had to ask for someone to help me when I explained what I was looking for he never even looked at me just walked away so I went back to the counter and after a few minutes he returned to let me know that someone would bring it to the counter to me I did say to the staff member that he walked away and said nothing to me he was surprised So I waited at the counter to pay and only that I had driven to mahon point to buy this item I would have walk away one gentleman did walk away the staff member walk back towards the counter and asked me what I was doing still standing there as it was now 10/12 mins I was going to get cross but this staff member went behind the counter and took my money and did not ask if I needed a hand with my item so Curry's have a look at customer service please
Very good service pity product wasn't in stock.
While the store has a good range of products, the staff are not genuinely trying to help customers just make a sale. After sales is shocking.
Not helpful. When asked with help to set up the device I just paid 280 euro on was told it would cost 25 euro as it was a service. I was discussed, will not be returning
Absolutely disgraceful, had 600 euros in pocket for dishwasher, staff like headless chickens, could not find anyone to help us, stay clear go to soundstore.
Always a big fan, they are right i.e. can't be beaten on quality and price, very good customer service too.
Great store, staff are sound and plenty to choose from.. Pus they take one for all cards which is handy.!

Staff not a bit helpful, felt like I had to chase them around the shop to get some help. When I went to pay for my item I was left waiting at the tills which felt like forever.
Brutal, an hour in the Queue, (not their fault I know) then to be told that they didnt have the item even though online it said that it was in stock in that store!!! Very annoying, I wont be returning!!!
I reserved an item on their page before midnight and the next day it was ready for me to collect. Good job!
So much to choose from within curry's. It's like Tec Heaven, only downside is they a tad bit on the expensive side. But they have it all from PC's to Coffee makers.
They do have a wide range of electronic products but customer should compare the prices as they are not best in that terms
Sometimes they don’t have the most recent products in stock. That can de disappointing.
Covid-19 means many bricks-and-clicks companies have gone fully online and are doing a great job... Curry's PC World Ireland is NOT one of them. They are taking customers money and providing no customer service when they advertise goods incorrectly, send faulty items, send broken items or dont send any goods at all. E mails are not being monitored. 1890 phone line no reply. Social media a joke. Do yourself a favor and look at their FB page. Its a car crash and it looks like they are trading recklessly at this point.
Great sales now, the staff seems a bit in a rush. Also I bought a fridge and a microwave, he told me one price for guarantee extension and was higher at the time to pay.
