PC World is good in that it has a lot of electronics that you wouldn't be able to find in stores, only available offline; However you're going to be hard pressed to find a decent enough price that will convince you to buy at the store instead of online shops from abroad.

Several issues with different items bought here and find the customer service and attitude of staff to be very poor.

You've had years to prepare for BREXIT and you still cant get your act together. Customer service is shocking. Absolutely shocking.

Unable to talk to a sales assistant by phone. Auto mated voice tells you to call into shop or visit website. Utterly useless customer service...pity can't give zero stars.

I called to Currys today to have my laptop repaired and found them to be very helpful and accommodating. Their attendant, Laurence, was knowledgeable and knew his business.

Staff were very helpful to me with my purchase one thing though I thought the shop was too warm for me

Its a shame that they not give you a discount for display model, they match a price last time when I bought a pc monitor ( 80 e off is a steal) . Overall 4*

Online shopping on ur site is shocking was after looking at a couple of stuff I wanted to click and collect but everyone of them I choose said not available and this is the same even before the back Friday happen so won't b shopping online here any more service it shocking

Shocking customer support. Never again going to currys. 45 mins with 3 support staff..none knew how to help..just passed on to someone else. The 3rd person with bad english put me on hold for 10 mins and then hung up. Dont but from currys Pcworld.

Large and organized electronics shop. There are full range of electronic products. You could compare stuffs easily.

Is it really necessary to have such loud music thumping out in the store? It was like trying to buy a laptop in a particularly bad nightclub, god help anyone with sensory issues, I did buy a laptop today but not in Curry's.

Reaerved an item arrive an hour later to pick up and tild its sold out. Would give zero stars but not allowed

Queue was horrendous. Wanted buy headphones but none of the models on display for demonstration purposes worked. Gave up and bought online cheaper elsewhere

It's a shop that sells electrical equipment of all sorts, some staff have great knowledge, some do not, most of the prices seem cheaper than elsewhere, free parking, easy access except Mahoney can be a pig to drive to and from at peak times.

Excellent store good selection had something to return the exchange there are no problem very pleased with service

No delivery at all!! We bought a big sound system for 250 euros and we had to carry it by ourselves (we asked for a paid delivery and they said that there is no delivery).. Unbelievable!!
