Watch out for the add-ons - when it comes time to claim under your insurance expect a long wait, some hefty extra charges and rude service.

Customer service is terrible. I can't understand why they can't put the prices on the items you are trying to buy. Go up to pay and it's a different price to the one advertised on the shelf.

Bought a dishwasher,broke after 9 days,offered a new one,rang customer care to arrange delivery,spent 45 mins on phone to be told ring my local store,and as it was an 1890 no cost me nearly 16 euro,absolute joke 😈

Repairs mwnt to be done in 14 days absolutly bolox not true at all i went there 2 time to collect the tv now i am waiting nearly 20 days and tv still is not in the store :/

Small number of staff even they dont really care about their customers. I have been their few times each time I had to wait for so long time to see some one to talk to me even when I asked them they didn't really care and some of them they made themselves busy. My experience about it.

No hanging around, very helpful staff. Got exactly what I was looking for in no time at all

I made an online purchase on August 2 with delivery scheduled for August 7, on August 11, I contacted the carrier that rescheduled delivery for the next day (August 12), but it was not delivered on the 13th August, again I contacted the carrier that rescheduled the delivery, on August 14, I sent an email to Currys, questioning the delay and problems with my order, on August 17 I replied the email that was not answered at any time, on August 19th I received an email from DPD (carrier) stating that my order was lost and that it was to contact Currys, on August 20th I called Currys requesting the cancellation of my order, on September 7, i called Currys to ask how long the refund would take, however, they are passing the call on to other sectors until the call goes down.

no staff very slow and no staff around . was a joke been my second time in to buy a vax washer

Go here like everyday, and they stock everything, including PC parts, gaming gear, Amazing TV selection also great deals.

Looks from the outside to have everything you need for pc's, but went there to get a liquid cooler and fans but they were out of stock for both. Suppose its the times we're living in when writing this post.

I went to Currys PC World today and I am very upset because of the way I was treated. I was looking for a vacuum cleaner and a carpet cleaner (machine) the guy was very rude to me .I left the store and I had to buy from Argos.

Nice place.things move very fast and become out of stock but they help you to get it sooner

Exactly what it says on the tin. Arge range of everything with a plug! Competitive prices. Friendly service, convenient for parking / collections.

The worst online customer service I have ever come across took money from my account but had no trace of my online order, and trying to get the money back was a dissater, the floor staff are also terrible bar one or two who actually try and help you.

U know.... When you looking for something to buy and want to find out if it is available in local store, you better gear up with antidepresants to have patience to listen to that braindead answering macine... It immediately turns me off buying anything at all from currys....

Staff decided to keep chatting and asked me to wait until they were finished to help, products with the wrong price and honnestly if I didn't have to go here I wouldn't.

Worst customer service ever, labels and prices are mis-leading, moreover, staff are not responding to any of the customers, so unpleased with the experience.

use to work in Curry's in London and this store is usless nobody has a idea about the products ... I went up to buy a TV and stand showed what I wanted on the floor came home and ring TV and stand ... My advice is to stay away and go to Harvey Norman's ya there expensive but at least you can be given advice on the product .. I'll never go to this store again and or friens and family

Must wait till the check out until your told about the bargain. I.e. if you buy 2 packets you get the second half price.
