I ordered a TV to be picked up in two days as they promised I came to pick up and found out that they don't know when it will be, their customer service is the worst possible shop in ireland.

A lot of staff but not very helpful overall. I was told they didnt have 1 item I was looking for (incorrectly) and told they did have something they didnt

Really bad. I buy a computer for 2 thousands euro, and the computer is not working well. I tried to contact them and nobody answer me. Also I buy a gaming chair for 325 euro, and when delivery I open the box, the gaming chair was broken.

Great store to lose a few hours. Staff are well presented & reasonably knowledgeable. Only bugbear is queuing to pay.

They are utterly useless. I spent 30 minutes trying to find an assistant and when I finally found one they hadn't a clue and couldn't help me. AVOID, go elsewhere!!!

Good to deal with, But had a slight problem with paying for delivery after spending 700 euro.......maybe should consider free delivery on certain orders

Staff seem unsure of what's in the store and where it is. Product options not great and over priced compared to argos next door and other competitors.

Staff are superb...from a scale 1 to 10, I would give it an 8 just because of the heavy traffic going from where I live. Free parking and you'll be surprise of the variety electronics and also kitchen appliances they have in stock

Understaffed, alot of stick on display but unavailable esp laptops. SSomewhat pushy regarding insurance.

Black Friday sale. Staff has little knowledge about their products. Poor customer service and rude cashier.

Bit to expensive, good product like tv, laptops, kitchen equipment, hovers, speakers... many more. There is carphone warehouse is well and repair center
